Great experience here, the food & the service were both on point. The poke bowls were fresh & packed with toppings, nothing skimpy about the portions, & the sushi taco is a unique standout, I'd go back to try the others one too. The seating area is comfortable & clean while also being able to accomodate larger groups. Nice little touch getting free water with lemon while you wait for your order. Staff were friendly & on it even during a busy lunch rush.

Bol & Bulle is one of the best casual Japanese restaurants I've tried in Montreal. The food is always fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. The ramen is rich & comforting, the poke bowls are generous, & the ingredients taste high quality. The staff is welcoming, service is quick, & the restaurant has a clean, modern atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Very positive place, there was no food wait. The place was very clean & the ai art on the wall was very funny. The workers were very nice & the Boba was amazing, any Boba you try will be great.
P.S. why can't they deliver?

The restaurant is good, & the atmosphere is clean, pleasant, & designed for a quick meal. The staff seemed friendly, & the food was good overall.

I ordered the fresh salmon taco, which was crispy, flavorful, & very enjoyable. I also tried the salmon onigiri, which was tasty, but the flavor was fairly standard & nothing particularly special.

Overall, I would recommend this place! 👍

It's on the pricier side, but the sushi taco was incredible & delicious. If I had the money all the time, I would eat it. & it was a very clean restaurant.

Bol & Bulle completely changed my mind on poke. I honestly thought most poke places were more or less the same, but this was easily the best I've had. The tuna bowl tasted fresh, bright, & actually put together instead of just being a pile of toppings over rice. The tuna had great flavor, the vegetables added crunch & freshness, & the sauce tied everything together without drowning the bowl. It felt clean but still satisfying.

The salmon taco was the real surprise. The crispy nori shell gave it a totally different texture, & the salmon, roe, mango, greens, & sauce made every bite pop. It was rich, fresh, a little sweet, & really fun to eat without feeling gimmicky.

Service:
Quick, smooth, & easy. Everything came out looking fresh & carefully made.

Summary:
Easy 5/5. This is the first poke spot I've had that actually felt memorable. I'd go back for the salmon taco alone.

Cute little cafe with a vibrant menu of onigiri & bubble tea. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean. Prices are very reasonable! Everything is made to order & very fresh!
