10/10 !!! The sushi tacos are to die for! My personal favorite are the Crispy Shrimp & the Tropical Salmon. The bubble teas are so tasty & there is a wide range of flavors to choose from for drinks. Kind staff & quick service! Bol & Bulle won't disappoint!
Believe the hype!!! Those tacos sushis are the boom!!! So much flavors. The fish is fresh, the shell is super crispy. I love it!!!!The place is cute. Its small though. Service was efficient & quick! I tried the eel & cooked salmon tacos. Will definitely comeback to try some other flavors

The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. It was tasty but a bit sweet for me, & the portion is actually small. So I would say a good place for a quick bite, or you need more than one taco to feel full. Friendly people too.
The restaurant is good, & the atmosphere is clean, pleasant, & designed for a quick meal. The staff seemed friendly, & the food was good overall.
I ordered the fresh salmon taco, which was crispy, flavorful, & very enjoyable. I also tried the salmon onigiri, which was tasty, but the flavor was fairly standard & nothing particularly special.
Bol & Bulle completely changed my mind on poke. I honestly thought most poke places were more or less the same, but this was easily the best I've had. The tuna bowl tasted fresh, bright, & actually put together instead of just being a pile of toppings over rice. The tuna had great flavor, the vegetables added crunch & freshness, & the sauce tied everything together without drowning the bowl. It felt clean but still satisfying.
The salmon taco was the real surprise. The crispy nori shell gave it a totally different texture, & the salmon, roe, mango, greens, & sauce made every bite pop. It was rich, fresh, a little sweet, & really fun to eat without feeling gimmicky.
Service: Quick, smooth, & easy. Everything came out looking fresh & carefully made.
Summary:
Easy 5/5. This is the first poke spot I've had that actually felt memorable. I'd go back for the salmon taco alone.
Went in for lunch & had the ocean poke bowl, was extremely tasty & the perfect size. Was prepared pretty quickly as well. Great value for what you get.
