Great experience here, the food & the service were both on point. The poke bowls were fresh & packed with toppings, nothing skimpy about the portions, & the sushi taco is a unique standout, I'd go back to try the others one too. The seating area is comfortable & clean while also being able to accomodate larger groups. Nice little touch getting free water with lemon while you wait for your order. Staff were friendly & on it even during a busy lunch rush.
Believe the hype!!! Those tacos sushis are the boom!!! So much flavors. The fish is fresh, the shell is super crispy. I love it!!!!The place is cute. Its small though. Service was efficient & quick! I tried the eel & cooked salmon tacos. Will definitely comeback to try some other flavors

What a great way to change up a roll! I had the salmon & tuna tropical taco & the shrimp tempura. Everything was excellent, very fresh & tasty. The tacos don't fall apart like a regular taco, which was great. I will definitely be going back for more!

I ordered the fresh salmon taco, which was crispy, flavorful, & very enjoyable. I also tried the salmon onigiri, which was tasty, but the flavor was fairly standard & nothing particularly special.
Tried this tropical salmon taco today & it was amazing. Everything tasted super fresh, & the combination of salmon, mango, & tobiko worked really well together. The nori stayed crispy & added a nice crunch to every bite. The portion was generous & the presentation looked just as good as it tasted. Definitely one of the best dishes I've had in a while. Would 100% order it again.
I live just across the street & came in yesterday to pick up food for my first visit. My fiance & I loved it, so much so that I came back the next day! Everything was incredibly fresh & delicious. We'll definitely be coming back often & recommending this place to others.
Bol & Bulle completely changed my mind on poke. I honestly thought most poke places were more or less the same, but this was easily the best I've had. The tuna bowl tasted fresh, bright, & actually put together instead of just being a pile of toppings over rice. The tuna had great flavor, the vegetables added crunch & freshness, & the sauce tied everything together without drowning the bowl. It felt clean but still satisfying.
The salmon taco was the real surprise. The crispy nori shell gave it a totally different texture, & the salmon, roe, mango, greens, & sauce made every bite pop. It was rich, fresh, a little sweet, & really fun to eat without feeling gimmicky.

Summary:
Easy 5/5. This is the first poke spot I've had that actually felt memorable. I'd go back for the salmon taco alone.
