To begin with, they forgot to make a reservation for me, which was the first inconvenience. After being seated, we had to wait for over 30 minutes to receive our meals & drinks. I ordered two espressos & tiramisu, which also took an unusually long time to arrive. When they finally did, my order was incorrect, as I was served a macchiato instead of the espressos I had requested. I chose not to ask for a correction, fearing another lengthy wait.View more

Loved my brunch experience with family!
One point to improve: when sending text message regarding the reservation, it should read "confirm here" instead of "read more". It lessens a step for guests to confirm their presence & avoids people ignoring the message. "Read more" can be interpreted as extra details about the restaurant & not about one's specific reservation.

All of the dishes are excellent but the submarine sandwiches are amazing! Ask for the original "Bocci classic" (not on the menu) for a simple, yet delicious sausage sub with coleslaw & tomatoes.View more

I had lunch here with my company for a Christmas event & we had a room reserved for us. The experience was pleasant. The staffs were friendly & helpful. The food & desserts were delicious. There were many options! However, the parking lot had limited space. It would have been perfect otherwise :)View more

The food was great I specifically had the subs, which was awesome. My only negative impact I had here was the waitress. I tipped her 14% for my reasons, she had the audacity to come back to me in-front of my clients & asked "was there something wrong with the service" & asked why I didn't tip 15% or more. It's very unprofessional to come back to the table & question a customer. I hope this young girl is taught table manners.View more
