Met up with a group of friends on October 4th at Bocci. We waited well over an hour or more before the waiter took our order. Then waited forever to receive our food. The restaurant was not that busy. We had reservations. I also didn't appreciate the waiter mixing up the bills & was unwilling to fix his mistakes. His response was, figure it out amongst yourselves. We called to ask if they had burrata & they said yes, but when we came to place the order 10min later, they said they only buffalo mozzarella. We asked if it was fresh & soft on the inside & they said yes. We ordered two balls thinking it will come in its original uncut form & a thin crust pizza to go. Waited almost 20min although the restaurant wasn't full. When we came home & unwrapped it, we found that there was barely a ball of hard buffalo cheese sliced in thin circles on a fluffy bed of greens & the pizza was much thicker than expected. We paid almost 90 dollars for this not even sure why & were disappointed so much that we barely ate it. We've been at Bocci before, & it was alright, but this time they trampled the experience. If you ever crave burrata cheese & pizza, go to Boulangerie Non Solo Pane in Dorval instead, we had the most delicious breakfast there the next morning with mouth watering burrata & basilic.View more
I hosted an event at Bocci & was disappointed for two reasons. First, the food did not live up to the standards of Italian cuisine. It tasted very commercial. There are obviously much better Italian restaurants on the island of Montreal to host events. Second, the service was just okay. The servers prioritized younger guests over older ones, which is considered very rude in some cultures. Additionally, they did not offer any assistance at the beginning or end to help set up or clean the space. For these reasons, I would not consider Bocci for any of my events in the future.View more

Hostess, hear using valgour language . 0/10 They brought, bread & pieces broken. Ordered Orangina waiter said size of baseball, & size was of a golf ball. Ordered sausage had no flavor & dry. 5/10 Ordered octopus it was good, but quantity is very little, more salad than octopus 6/10 Ordered Main dish spaghetti with chicken cutlet parmigiana no taste. Spaghetti to not al dented, I asked for well-done. 4/10 Son ordered fettuccine with wild mushrooms & white that plate was good. 7/10 Wife ordered short rib in the oven with redwine. Not tender enough. 6/10 Ordered 2 glasses of red wine never brought it. 0/10. Waitress brings food to my son & stands there with the plate in front of his face, very rude, unprofessional. I USE to be a regular customer years ago. I am definitely never going back. Spend a few 100 dollars, u want good food & service. That was not rendered.View more
Restaurant qui se veut chic, mais doit améliorer certaines choses... à commencer par la nourriture. Ma pizza est arrivée froide. La pâte était molle... pas assez cuite. Salée, Salée, Salée. Pour une pizza aux champignons sauvages... j'ai eu le droit à des champignons de Paris & des portobello... Le sous-marin de mon chum, bien que servi de facon chic, était sec, le pain trop epais & lourd, les frites avaient l'air d'avoir été réchauffées plusieurs fois & sont arrivées tièdes. Le service... serveur & serveuse avait l'air gentils... mais personne vient vérifier comment se passe le repas. Les couteaux auraient besoin d'être aiguisés. Les prix sont discutables. La meilleure chose a été le pain au début du repas. La petite sauce qui vient avec est bonne. Petit bemol : nous avons des producteurs de beurre au Québec, pourquoi en choisir un de la Colombie Britannique... au moins ça reste un produit canadien. Bref, 1er essai & dernier pour ma part.View more
