I used to go to this place quite often for years (since it opened back in 2007-2008?) when I worked around the area prior covid. I loved the food here. The owner &/or his sons used to be leading their staff back then. Recently, I went back twice & what a disappointment! The service was awful both times. There were always 3 guys behind the counter, two of them have terrible attitude & it seems they really hate their jobs, the one with glasses & black hair is nice. Besides the attitude, the service was really slow, I'm not sure if they have a lot of online orders pending but the last time I was there, all tables were empty & it still took over 25 min to get my order. However, I didn't see any uber driver going in while I waited. The interior of the restaurant is dark & it gets very warm. During summer, you need to sit in the patio or just take-out. Food is still ok, although portions are smaller than prior covid. A few items from the menu seem to always be missing. In the past, they had more beverage & dessert options. Parking in the area is not easy but that's expected considering it's Boul Saint Laurent.
Delicious Arepas! We got the Pabellon Deluxe & Pepito Cheese steak & it was very satisfying. On the expensive side for sandwiches but it's very filling! We also got a drink but we're not sure if we got the Parchita or Papelon. It was super refreshing regardless & so I would recommend trying their drink as well!

We tried the pabellon deluxe & fried plantains. The plantains were enjoyable & perfectly ripe + sweet. The arepa itself, however, was lacking a little. The meat was well marinated but no sauce to bring other flavors. I also knock a star because it was quite pricey. The green sauce they gave on the side was mayo based & less flavorful than I've had before, plus there was no hot sauce. However there was a great atmosphere! We sat in the backyard terrasse which had lots of plants & cute tables. Fun music too! @thehungry.sheep
Great customer service, very friendly. I ordered a reina pepiada & tequenos. The tequenos were delicious. Muy buen servicio, muy amables. Ordene una reina pepiada y tequenos. Los tequenos estaban deliciosos.
Yummy rich arepas. Felt more like fast food place inside. Limited menu (maybe it's normal but it was mostly arepas with 6-7 filings in different combinations).

Came here for dinner the other day & had their deluxe arepa combo with yuca fries & maracuya juice. Everything was phenomenal. Arepa was big & the yuca was so tasty! They have a lovely patio out front & plenty of seats inside with a second patio in the back. The service was very friendly & quick. Prices are a bit expensive but good for a treat once in a while.
Love this place! It's a go to with friends or when someone from out of town is visiting. Great place for arepas, & I highly recommend their Yucca fries. The atmosphere is also great & service is friendly.
I was surprised how small it was inside, definitely more of a take out place. But the food was delicious, particularly the yucca fries. Unfortunately it is a bit expensive. Over $16 (before tax) for essentially a small sandwich; this felt like a bit much even if it tasted really good.
