About us
Manuel Martins, ex owner and Chef of «Le Vintage», is back with a new concept, at a new address. The Boca Iberica is located on Rachel Street, right in the heart of Le Plateau. As soon as you walk in you will be astonished by the modern and trendy look enhanced by soft lounge music, a beautiful bar, and the smell of a cuisine blend of Portuguese and Spanish flavors. The dishes on the menu are made from a great selection of tasty fresh tapas and an array of fresh fishes. We will be most happy to welcome groups celebrating any events. We also offer gluten-free dishes. Our restaurant stays open late so you can fully benefit of your evening. During summertime, you can enjoy dining on our beautiful terrace. We recommend reservations at all times in order not to be disappointed!

This eatery is a concealed treasure nestled in the heart of Montreal. The cuisine, particularly their grilled squid & paella, was delightful. The service was exceptional; our server was incredibly friendly & hospitable. Finding family-friendly restaurants is challenging, but this spot stands out among the few. Les quantités pour certains plats laissaient à désirer. 25$ pour trois crevettes sur un plat au menu du jour trop salé. Portion de calmars grillés trop petite & sans goût.

ANDY MF'N ACES MAN! What an amazingly unexpected awesome night. Andy is fantastic & a great host. Some really cool historical pictures in the place too.
We were so busy chatting I forgot to take many pictures of the food but everything was delicious. I had the paella, my wife had the whole fish. We also got the special croquettes. Loved them all.
The food is great, but the place is just a whole vibe. If you drink with Andy he'll show you magic tricks - even if you don't drink with him he'll talk your ear off about the Eagles. FLY EAGLES FLY!View more

We loved the croquets (perfect texture), the tripe (tender & tasty), the vegetables, the oysters, & not least the shredded winter squash & almond cake for dessert, which combined beautiful tastes with the texture of grated squash. It has the feel of a small, local restaurant: friendly staff & a great ambience. It will be on our list of places to revisit when we return to Montreal.
