via LibroVery difficult to access with poor signage from street level to explain the restaurant is actually on the 6th floor. The website could do more to assist with finding the place. The restaurant lighting plan is a disaster. Too dark, impossible to read the menus. At the design stage the room should have had a pencil spotlight above each fixed table. Short menu, very good food. But way, way, too pricey.

I went to Bivouac with my girlfriends for supper & we were Not disappointed. Our waiter , Gabriel, explained the menu in details & gave us an excellent service. The food was delicious. I ordered the scallops, they were the best I've ever had, & the elk which I also highly recommend.
We planned a ladies night out & the chef along with the staff gave us an incredible experience. Will be going back for certain.

via LibroExcellent service. Great location. Quebec based ingredients from farms & rivers. Poached cod with aioli foam was done just right with fennel & peppers . Cornish hen was moist & sauce was lightly flavoured. Extensive wine list with many Quebec wines should you care to try. Terrace provides great view of Place des Arts, but beware of wasps.

via LibroAccueil chaleureux, service courtois, menu varié, nourriture excellente (fruits de mer cuits à point). L'eau gazéifiée était de l'eau de Montréal gazéifiée sur place. Excellent pour l'environnement (moins de transport & bouteilles réutilisées) en ne sacrifiant rien de la qualité.
