The Decor & The Ambiance were amazing, it really fits the area. Had a tiny problem with our table at first , but the issue was resolved quickly pretty much, thanks to the receptionist. The whole team were very attentive to detail , which we greatly appreciated. The Food was also on point, nothing bad to say in this sector. The two things ordered were both disappointing. The beef was not to the expectation of taste & was cold when we got it. The Cornish hen arrived at room temperature. Service was also disappointing. We had a new waiter & he was not attentive. We had to flag him down for water & condiments. Unfortunately he was not visible often so it was a bit challenging to get service. I gathered it was a slow night but he didn't receive any guidance. I've eaten at many Hilton restaurants, but unfortunately this one was not a top one. I recommend the view, but not the service or food.View more

Pas d'excuses de la part du responsable qui semblait meme agacé que je lui demande ou c'en était. The ambiance is lovely. However, the food was very disappointing. The scallop entrée was good but the main course, especially the rabbit seriously reminded me or airplane food & not in a good way. The rabbit itself was flavorless & overcooked while the potatoes were just bad & came with two sad unseasoned steamed broccolis. If you had told me it came out of a microwave I would have believed you. I wouldn't write this review but it markets itself as a high end restaurant with prices to match. The service is good but the food needs some serious work.View more

Bon restaurant, très belle déco. J'ai pris un tartare au boeuf, c'était bon, il cela manquait d'assaisonnement pour moi. Il a fallu demander une sauce piquante pour agrémenter le tout.View more

The dome experience is unique! It is a private place where you can put the music that you want, heated & an amazing place to have a delicious dinner. The service was 5 stars, the tasting menu was unique & spectacular. All the dishes were fantastic! My only complaint is that I would like to be able to stay longer, since you can stay only until 11pm because the experience is so wonderful that it makes you want to stay longer.
