Le centre-ville de Montréal abrite désormais un tout nouvel occupant. À la fois lounge social, bar artisanal et bistro moderne, Bivouac s’installe pour de bon, avide de faire vivre une expérience gastronomique urbaine et boréale à tous ceux qui franchiront ses portes.
Ici, l’objectif est de faire découvrir aux invités un tout nouveau monde de goûts et de sensations, en tirant profit de ce que le terroir québécois et ses artisans ont de mieux à offrir.
Tout est en place pour explorer, partager et profiter de la quintessence de notre nature sous toutes ses formes: humaine, animale, botanique et minérale.

Wonderful restaurant. We sat outside on the terrace which is super lovely. The service was beyond amazing. Sarah did a wonderful job of making sure everything was good. We started with a dégustation du chef, which was pretty cool & had wonderful flavors. I had ordered the 50$ steak which I had asked for medium rare. Unfortunately it came out medium well, but one of the servers was quick to see my reaction & without hesitation had it replaced. It was better the second time around. My wife got the callenolis which I have to say, the sauce was incredible. All in all I would definitely go again, I'd probably skip the steak due to personally it not being worth the price.Voir plus

We had the pleasure of dining at Restaurant Bivouac last evening Prior to a concert. Fantastic! The atmosphere & food were the best, But the service was Extraordinary! Our waiter, Sarah was A joy & delight. SPOT ON, on every detail. But it was clearly a team effort in servicing every patron with The Entire Service staff. We were there for drinks & had a fantastic experience. We didn't have to wait long & were promptly brought to the rooftop bar. The atmosphere was great, with an amazing view overlooking Place des Arts. You can feel the hustle & excitement from Saint Catherine below. While we didn't get much service, it didn't detract from our experience. The location really made up for everything, offering a perfect spot to relax & take in the city vibes.Voir plus

J'ai vraiment apprécié cette première visite au Bivouac. Belle ambiance, les plats sont excellents (quoique ma pièce de boeuf n'était pas parfaite, disons). The Decor & The Ambiance were amazing, it really fits the area. Had a tiny problem with our table at first , but the issue was resolved quickly pretty much, thanks to the receptionist. The whole team were very attentive to detail , which we greatly appreciated. The Food was also on point, nothing bad to say in this sector. The two things ordered were both disappointing. The beef was not to the expectation of taste & was cold when we got it. The Cornish hen arrived at room temperature. Service was also disappointing. We had a new waiter & he was not attentive. We had to flag him down for water & condiments. Unfortunately he was not visible often so it was a bit challenging to get service. I gathered it was a slow night but he didn't receive any guidance. I've eaten at many Hilton restaurants, but unfortunately this one was not a top one.
