Food was pretty good. The problem is that this place can't get out of its own way. Yes, the wait staff seem miserable, but it's because of a terrible process. So customers also become miserable. You order, you don't know if you're in line, you're trying to keep an eye out for your food, then you get it & have to stand in another line to pay, whixh is literally the same line, meanwhile people are forcing themselves into your way.

Suggestion: write the person's number order on the BOX. Give them a paper with the number on it & what they ordered. Take the completed order in the BOX to the till. Customer pays & receives their box when it's ready.

Not my job to help you manage this mess, but then again, I'll avoid this place from now on ... There lots of other choices around.

Paid $27 for a cappuccino & a croissant with ham & cheese served with a little bit of fruit. Sandwich was decent as was coffee but way too overpriced, even for an airport. Prices are not listed anywhere.

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the women working at Bistro Montréal inside Montréal airport. She was extremely loud, unwelcoming, & her tone & expressions felt very disrespectful.

During the interaction, she told me that she is a woman & that everyone needs to respect her. I simply replied: it's not about being a man or a woman - it's about being human & treating each other with respect.

I respect women, but respect should always go both ways. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on me. I would never recommend this place.

Com opções de padaria, lanches ou almoço, comemos proteínas ( coxa de frango e salmao) , acompanhamento incluido( batata e legumes grelhados- beringela, pimentao, cebola). Só achei que veio cebola e pimentao demais. Estava gostoso. Sal na medida certa. Nao picante. Mesas xoxo. Tomadas para carregar celular enquanto espera o voo.

I got through a vaucher a breakfast combo & a smoothy, a fruit salad & a ham-cheese sandwich. I ate the scrumble eggs & sosages, the fruit salad & drank the smoothy. Thirty minutes later I got a monumental diarrea. The sandwich was unetable. The lady behind the counter was terrible rude, her manners are like a marine corp sargent ones.

Menu has a salmon bagel. Asked for that item, but without the salmon. Sour puss customer'service' told me that isn't a menu item & they can't make it. Took my business elsewhere.

Had a croissant whilst waiting for our flight to Edmonton. The staff were lovely & friendly. If you are wanting for a quick bite, here is one option at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport just after the security gates.
