Petit bistro tout simple de Sainte-Adèle ! Tout était très bon ou presque ! Pour débuter le potage aux asperges,céleri & brocoli & ses croûtons était délicieux peut-être un soupçon trop épicés & un peu trop chaud ! Les mets principaux étaient savoureux : L'onglet de boeuf saignant à la sauce bordelaise était tendre servi avec des légumes grillés (style cuit au bbq alors on ne doit pas être surpris) & des frites(elles étaient relativement bien)pour moi & la personne qui m'accompagnait & pour l'autre personne de mon entourage qui avait pris le pavé de morue servi avec légumes grillés & purée de pommes de terre ! Avec une bonne bouteille de vin rouge argentin à partager (peut-être la moins cher de ce resto mais il est très bon) ! & pour ce qui est des desserts : la crème brûlée à la vanille était parfaite & le gâteau aux 2 chocolat on m'a dit qu'il était très bien aussi ! Les cafés étaient bons mais un peu petits comme ils sont fait dans la machine à cappucino & à espresso ! La serveuse était très enthousiaste ! L'ambiance est entre jazzy & latine !

Parfaite expérience! J'ai mangé la tostada de crevettes & la joue de boeuf, c'était délicieux! Je pouvais couper la joue de boeuf avec ma fourchette tellement elle était tendre. Le service de Jean-François était excellent, proche & professionnel. Je recommande & je ramènerai mes amis, je reviendrai!

On est passé un peu par hasard pendant le octoberfest à Ste-Adèle…quelle belle surprise. Un menu varié & un personnel compétant & advenant…tellement pas 2023;) merci!

Cuisine bonne sans plus.
Le temps d attente entre les plats est beaucoup beaucoup trop long.
Aucune excuse des serveurs sur ce temps d attente.
