The food was good, but the service was very slow. Tasty food but took about an hour to arrive. Disco music playing did not help the atmosphere, I doubt that I would return.
Nous avions un souper de groupe obligatoire dans une salle au sous-sol. Il demande de donner les menus de 43 personnes 1 semaine avant notre arrivée pour pouvoir se préparer & je n'ai jamais vu des gens autant mal préparés finalement. 1 seul serveur pour nous tous. Les gens finissaient par monter en haut au bar pour avoir leurs consommations. Nous avons desservis nous-mêmes les tables après le service de potage. & en plus, les frais sont ajoutés à nos chambres donc le repas & payé avant d'avoir mangé & le pourboire de 18.5% est aussi ajouté à la chambre donc même si le service n'est pas à la hauteur vous le payez tout de même. & pour terminer les plats étaient plus que décevants. Plusieurs personnes n'ont rien mangé ou presque & ce sont commander du McDonald après le souper. Les portions & les accompagnements sont à revoir ainsi que tout le concept d'obligation de repas pour une réservation de groupe.
I've visited this restaurant several times & it has never let me down. The welcome is always warm & the service excellent. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. I highly recommend it if you're in the Granby area!

On se croyait dans une discothèque, musique très forte & très rythmée qui gâchait royalement l'ambiance. Bouffe fade, trop cuite... ma crème glacée était des cristaux de glace... Attention, ils chargent le pourboire après taxes ce qui est illégal au québec depuis près d'un an maintenant.
Breakfast & supper was included, with our room at the hotel. We got to the buffet breakfast, reservation required. There was no eggs, no'ham', no potatoes & no sausage left. We had to wait a good 8 mins for the food to arrive. To have bacon & orange juice you have to pay for it, it sucks for someone who does not drink tea or coffee, the water takes like chlorine. We had to buy water bottles. Fine whatever.
The service was absolutely wonderful. Supper, was definitely not a hit for me, burnt veggies, overcooked meat & cold fries. I paid extra for shrimps, unfortunately it had a nasty sauce & came with some type of sausage. The drinks were pretty pricey for the place & how it was presented to us.
La bouffe etait excellente & le prix m'a mit a terre! C'etait parfait! Mon serveur Bader m'a offert le meilleur service que j'ai pu bénéficier de ma vie. Je me sentais chez moi, en même temps de me sentir dans un bon resto chic. Chapeau a lui & a la cuisine je recommande!
