Charming Spot with Delicious Food - Will Definitely Return!

I went to Bistro Détour last Friday evening with two friends, & we had a wonderful time. It's a small but charming place, cozy & welcoming.

I started with the calamari appetizer, which was absolutely succulent-crispy & flavorful. For the main course, I had the blanquette de volaille with mushrooms, served with salad & fries-everything was cooked perfectly & tasted fantastic. The portion size was generous, & by the end of the meal I was way too full… but I still had the trilogy dessert, & it was totally worth it. Every part of the meal was excellent.

I'll definitely be going back-great food, great atmosphere, & a perfect spot for a relaxed evening with friends.

J'y étais déjà allé, mais c'était une première pour mon copain - & quelle belle redécouverte à deux !

Nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur dans cette petite perle qu'est le Bistro Détour. Le service est attentionné sans être envahissant, & l'ambiance intime en fait un lieu parfait pour un souper en amoureux.

En entrée, les calmars étaient croustillants à souhait & le tartare de boeuf bien relevé - une belle mise en bouche.

En plat principal, on a partagé le plateau de déclinaisons de saumon : fumé, tartare, gravlax… chaque bouchée était un pur délice.

& que dire de la crème brûlée en dessert ? Parfaite. Le tout accompagné d'une bonne bouteille de vin qui a bien lié le repas.

Mon copain a été charmé du début à la fin, & moi ravie de lui avoir fait découvrir l'endroit.

On s'est promis d'y retourner très bientôt. À découvrir… ou redécouvrir !

Wow! Leurs plats son savoureux & le service est exemplaire. Leurs desserts sont décadents. J'y retourne encore & encore..
