L'endroit est très beau & il y a un musicien mais la nourriture n'est pas fraiche l'arepa etait sec & dur comme les tortillas que ta mère a fait hier & la tu la rechauffe dans le toaster 29.77 pour un plat généreux malheureusement la viande n'etais pas de bonne qualité avec beaucoup de nerfs il manquait d'assaisonnement :( Je ne suis meme pas vénézuélienne & j'ai demandé la sauce guasacaca & la madame ne savait pas de quoi je parlais Je suis sortie de là avec une facture plus salé que la nourriture & un mal de ventre

The steak was really tough to eat, the music is really loud don't expect to be able to talk if you're on a date there, service was okay but they kept forgetting stuff I asked them it cost me over 100$ there for that price just go to Arepera in Montreal its a way better experience over there. Oh & the parking there is REALLY TIGHT id recommend parking in the streets.
I tried hard to support my community going there several times l, but I give up.. Quality of service & food keeps getting worse & worse. Being served cold coffee from the day before, frozen empanadas & arepas re-heated on the grill is already too much. To make things worse, you're served by an unexperienced teenager & you get attitude from the owner when you address the poor service. At the end, 50$ for 4 tequenos, 1 arepa + extra. That's Old Port prices but without the quality, service & location.
Joli restaurant avec de la bonne musique latine. J'ai vraiment apprécié découvrir la cuisine vénézuélienne qui offre des plats réconfortants. Au dîner, j'ai eu en entrée les maniocs frits (yucca), quelle idée! 😋 J'ai aimé le goût & la texture. Comme plat principal, j'ai dégusté le pabellón criollo, j'ai vraiment aimé les haricots noirs & les plantains sucrés, le mélange des saveurs étaient juste incroyable! Comme les portions sont généreuses, j'ai pu continuer la dégustation au souper!
Everything is great at this place, the food is delicious, as an entree, we ordered tequenos which are like cheese sticks they come with an amazing garlic sauce, after that we order one arepa for each one of us, Quesua, Pelua & chicharrón, you must try them all!, ask for the Caribbean spicy sauce. The staff is very friendly & prices are very reasonable, definitely a place you should go.
The service was very slow. We ordered the tequenos service & the parrilla plate. The tequenos were ok. However the parrilla was super dry, super greasy & didn't have any flavor. We couldn't even finish it. We left the place very disappointed. The musician was playing very loud also.
The food was ok a bit pricey but not exaggerated. I got the bandeja Paisa.the arrepas were fried which is not the best choice the frijoles were canned we did not get the carne molida but litel slices of beef the rice was not verry fresh the chorizo was more like a sausage type but verry tasty the chicharron was fantastic the tajadas de maduro were OK overall they took ingredients from there regular Venezuelans dishes & tried to have a Colombian look a like over all it was ok .... It's a good idea to have some colombia dishes in a old colombia restaurant but if you counting on keeping the old clientèle pls bringing your prices down a notch & at least have fresh food not canned I won't recommend too any Colombianos but if you like to try something different ...yes go for it
Great salad very tasty & fresh Cheese inside cachapa was flavourless, but cachapa was yummy Place is clean & staff is sweet Expensive for the ingredients but gotta help these small businesses Alcoholic drink needs more alcohol inside & less ice cubes Overall good experience
