Je suis arrivée très motivée au restaurant, car la décoration était magnifique & l'ambiance semblait excellente. Je souhaitais célébrer l'anniversaire de mon mari. Nous avons passé la commande des entrées & des boissons, puis quelques minutes plus tard, celle des plats principaux. Trente minutes après, on ne nous avait même pas offert un verre d'eau. Cinquante minutes plus tard, j'ai demandé si notre commande allait encore tarder; le serveur (dont je ne sais pas s'il était nouveau) m'a répondu qu'il allait se renseigner. Six minutes plus tard, les entrées & les plats principaux de mon mari & moi sont arrivés, suivis quelques instants après du plat de ma fille. Ma boisson, quant à elle, n'est jamais arrivée. J'étais déjà complètement déçue par le service. Une seule personne accueillait les clients, servait, facturait & nettoyait, & le jeune homme ne semblait pas très enthousiaste non plus.
La nourriture était correcte : les empanadas (en entrée) étaient déjà froides, & le plat principal appelé'Bomba' (arepas toutes garnies) étaient bonnes, un petit bemol la viande effilochée était beaucoup trop salée. À la moitié de mon plat, toujours sans boisson, j'ai dû appeler le serveur pour qu'il m'apporte au moins de l'eau. Le service était vraiment décevant. Je me suis sentie très mal avec ma famille, car nous avions très faim & le temps d'attente était exagéré. Cela m'a laissé une très mauvaise impression. Lorsque nous terminions, une autre personne est venue aider à nettoyer, car le désordre sur les tables devenait évident, sans parler des commentaires que j'ai entendus d'autres clients.
I found this place very lovely. The food, drinks, atmosphere... So enjoyable for us. Latino music playing along a scenic video, clean dining room & bathrooms, pleasant & helpful staff. We will be returning!
My partner & I came here last night to celebrate our two-year anniversary, & it couldn't have been a better choice! Since it was our very first time, we weren't entirely sure what to order, but the lady working was incredible-super friendly, warm, & took the time to walk us through the menu with fantastic recommendations. We even did a few shots together, & she generously gave us two shots on the house to help us celebrate!
The restaurant itself is stunning with an incredible layout & super great vibes. It has that perfect, comfortable atmosphere-not too loud at all, making it ideal whether you're out for a special date night or dining in with family. You can also tell immediately that the locals love this place, which is always the ultimate sign that you're in for a great meal.
We ended up taking our food to go, & wow-it was hands down the best meal I've had in a long time! Everything is clearly made fresh to order. The meats were tender & packed with flavor, & the veggies were crisp, bright, & amazingly fresh. Every single bite felt thoughtful & authentic.
If anybody is looking for a new spot to eat out at, just go here-the quality of the food for the price is completely unbeatable. Outstanding hospitality, amazing atmosphere, & incredible food. We will definitely be back!

Repas excellent! Arepa Ranchera a ete mon choix, j'ai ete surprise de ne pas voir l'accompagnement de sauce, mais le tout était tellement savoureux que ce n'était mêmes pas nécessaire. La limonade de cane à sucre, quelle richesse de saveur! Belle petite place à découvrire! Longue vie au Bistro l'Arepa!
