Bistrot King Créole se défend vraiment très bien côté cuisine.

Le griot est exactement dans le style que j'aime : pas trop gras, avec une viande bien réalisée, un peu sèche dans le bon sens, sans lourdeur, & qui prend toute sa dimension avec le bouillon & les accompagnements. Le riz comme la viande ne baignent pas dans le gras, ce que j'apprécie beaucoup.

Les saveurs sont franches, bien présentes, avec un vrai niveau d'assaisonnement. Le curseur du goût est haut, & on sent une cuisine familiale maîtrisée, généreuse & authentique.

Le seul vrai bémol, selon moi, ce sont les tarifs. Le griot à 18 $ peut se justifier par la qualité, mais certains plats comme le boeuf à 25 $, auxquels il faut ajouter taxes & pourboire, rendent l'addition assez conséquente. À ce niveau de prix, ça devient moins une adresse du quotidien & davantage une expérience culinaire occasionnelle.

Cela dit, en termes de qualité, surtout pour le griot, Bistrot King Créole se positionne très bien à Montréal. C'est savoureux, bien exécuté, & clairement une bonne adresse pour découvrir ou retrouver de belles saveurs créoles.

J'ai trouvé ce resto complètement par hasard & j'ai été très satisfaite.il y avait un bon vibe,le personnel était sympathique & la cuisine était excellente 👌🏽j'ai pris un griot gros format,j'ai trouvé que la portion était généreuse & que le prix était bon (j'en ai eu assez pour 2 repas & mon fils a aussi manger.le griot était bien proportionné (gras vs viande)c'est sur que je vais y retourner 😁

Accueil, nourriture tout est excellent, amical & vraiment de généreuse portion. Prix tres très bien également. 4 personnes pour 36$ taxes incluses c'est parfait. Merci beaucoup
