We tried the sushi, tempura, & karaage.
The sushi pieces were bigger than at other restaurants. They came with wasabi inside, so I should have asked for them without wasabi.
The tempura included three shrimp, sweet potato, & onion.
The total cost was around $200 for two people, including tax & tip.

Quelle merveilleuse découverte sur la rue Beaubien. Chaque plat servi était une véritable explosion de saveurs authentiques qui nous a transportés.

La fraîcheur des ingrédients est indéniable, particulièrement sur les nigiris d'anguille & le thon. Les takoyakis étaient parfaitement cuits & généreusement garnis de flocons de bonite qui dansaient à la chaleur. C'était un plaisir pour les yeux autant que pour les papilles.

Tout était absolument délicieux, de la présentation soignée dans de la belle vaisselle en céramique jusqu'à la finesse des bouillons. Nous avons passé une soirée mémorable & nous reviendrons très bientôt.

I had such a nice meal here! The staff are so lovely & welcoming & I had a great conversation with one the ladies about Japan. She even helped me with learning how to eat shabu shabu. The food is delicious... what's not to like? I'll be coming back here with my partner for sure so we can try other things on the menu.
