Terrible experience, burger was served raw. Instead of bringing a fresh burger, they re-grilled the same one (that now had a completely charred black & burnt bun) & just comped it from the bill. Completely unprofessional service, seriously especially for a $29 price tag burger with no sides.

Amazing food & drinks but even better service :) The lovely hosts, servers, & bartender made two weary & rain-drenched travellers feel welcome & cared for, even bringing us wine as we huddled at the host station waiting for a bar spot to open it (la franquette's bar & tables were packed, as they should be!). Everything we ate was delicious, especially the muscles. I can't wait to come back!

Sat at the bar was, food was excellent had the burger which took with the salad . Good change instead of fries as the burger is extremely filling & rich…lots of butter in the bread…delicious but next time would share the burger . Halloumi was excellent also & had there special of the day the ravioli which also shared …also very delicious …all in all great experience & will go back

One of the best restaurant experiences my husband & I have ever had! Our server, Coco, was absolutely fantastic & brought us two different entrées from the chef to try, making the experience above & beyond. We had the duck pasta appetizer, which was a special & beyond delicious. She also brought out the braised leek terrine which was incredibly unique & delicious. For our main, we had the hanger steak & frites with the asparagus special. My husband ate the entire plate of asparagus in seconds, he said it was one of the best things he'd ever eaten. Coco then brought us champagne on the house as we were celebrating our anniversary, which I had put in the reservation notes but not verbally acknowledged, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, this was absolutely phenomenal & I couldn't recommend here more!

Très déçu, j'avais regardé le menu sur le site web avant d'y aller on pouvait lire pour le menu du diner'Sandwich du jour + soupe du jour = 25$' Sur place, dans le menu qu'on m'a présenté tout était à la carte, la sandwich était 19$ & la soupe 13$. Rien de plus insultant pour un client que de constater que le site web d'un restaurant n'est pas à jour. De la fausse représentation. J'ai téléphoné pour me plaindre de la situation & on m'a répondu qu'il n'y avait rein à faire. Pas fort!

Was able to get a reservation for bar seating a few weeks ahead. Such an amazing experience. Food & drinks were the best. The bartender helped us choose the right wines to go with our meal. I will definitely come back when I'm back in Montreal

Best cheeseburger I have had so far - & I have had a few (LOL!) Small & quaint. Lively atmosphere, but not loud & rowdy. We were a party of 4 for a birthday & it was perfect.
