First time trying Vietnamese food & I highly recommend this place. Tried Gà Tào (I would say it was mildly spicy), & Ph? Bò Cô Út (for which they bring you the ingredients separately, including the spicy sauce, & then you'll get the stone bowl & you can add whatever you want into the hot soup).
The food & service were good, but it was so cold inside the restaurant that it felt like we were eating outside in the middle of a park.
Excellent food, good service, cozy atmosphere with pleasant, very nice music that helps to enjoy & relax even more. We'll be back.
The food was very good, the ambience was calm & the decoration was very nice inside. We will be coming back soon 🫶🏼
This place continues to be 5 stars - their Japanese style fried shrimp & pho bo are my absolute favourite. On top of that - it's probably fanciest dining room among any Vietnamese restaurant I go to, but for the same good value. There menu is vast & everything I tried was excellent.
This restaurant was so delicious & the atmosphere & service were amazing! Everything we ordered was so fresh & high quality ingredients. The house made cocktails were so good too & very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this for a nice date night or out with friends to relax & enjoy amazing Vietnamese food! Our waiter was exceptional too!
Loved the ambiance of the restaurant with the plants & deep red aesthetic. The meal & cocktails were great. A gem in neighbourhood!
Such a nice & very patient staff, let me stay for 4 hours to finish homework with no complaints. Food was good.
Great spot, amazing service & extremely patient staff. Would strongly recommend to anyone!
Beautiful family restaurant with fabulous Vietnamese food. A few blocks east of St Denis at a quiet corner. Reasonable prices.
The service, setting & everything else but the pho was great, if you are only coming for a romantic date this place is fine, but as someone that enjoys good pho, that was really subpar. Out of all the pho places I went to in Montreal, 30+ , this was among worst ones. The broth was barely ok, not a good one but fine, no aroma from spices just bone broth flavour. The beef though, it looks like they buy the frozen fondue slices, that's how bad the beef quality was. Even the poorest restaurant in Vietnam served better piece of meat on their pho. Not even a pho dac biet with the usual variety available, just a simple pho Bo & it was still disappointing. I know their restaurant is not a'pho' place specifically but at this point they should either remove it from the menu o learn to make a good one.
Mon meilleur repas depuis bien longtemps, cette cuisine est savoureuse, là présentation est digne des meilleurs restaurants. Bravo pour cette belle expérience

AGAIN! Another birthday, another incredible meal at Bistro Có Út. Fantastic service, fantastic food. Found a great paid lot with lots of spaces just two blocks south. So easy. I can't be much more clear. If you miss this place you are cheating yourself!
This place is fabulous. Been back several times. We sort of stick to the appetizers, soups, etc. they have, simply, the best shrimp spring rolls I've ever had. Very big, & laden with shrimp & vegetables & served with a delicious sauce. The Chickens Satay was so good we ordered one to go after our meal. The imperial rolls, Tom Yum Soup, & sizzling beef were incredible. Quaint little place tastefully decorated & attended by very energetic servers. It's a must when I go to Montreal, several times per year.
We were totally blown away by the special menu - fresh shrimps with wasabi sauce! We loved the sauce so much that we dipped shrimp rolls with it instead of sweet sauce. Pho broth was good & beef was tender. We were happy with the service & ambience too.
Tout est vraiment bon. Je sais que ce n'est pas un dessert vietnamien. Mais …vendre un tiramisu de chez Costco c'est …. Non
Food was not the most tasty Vietnamese food I had, really blend. We had the Mojito & it was really deceiving. Service was so slow, but they were missing someone as per staff. Really disappointing experience overall. Wouldn't recommand it.
