I had the C?m Th?t N??ng with shrimp, & it was delicious. The shrimp were well cooked, the vegetables were fresh, & the portion was satisfying. Everything tasted fresh & well balanced.

One thing that stood out was how busy the restaurant was, even on a weekday. It's clearly a popular spot, but the service was still efficient, & the food was worth the wait.

I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

Best pho I've ever had! Was visiting Montreal from Toronto for the weekend & we came to Bistro CO UT for our last meal & are so happy we did. It's such a cozy, warm atmosphere. The staff were so friendly & welcoming, but the food was definitely the best part - so flavourful & fresh. We will be making this a staple each time we visit Montreal going forward.

Went today & boy, was this place a beautiful discovery! The fried rolls were very tasty. The japanese shrimps had just the right amount of crunch & the sauce was perfect. The last thing we got was the crispy noodles with tofu. The best crispy noodles I have ever had! Everything was seasoned perfectly. I am asian & have dined & tried plenty of crispy noodles which have almost always tasted the same. Theirs definitely stand out. Our server Minh was amazing. He even offered to refill our water bottle & put ice in it because it was such a hot day. The decor & the beautiful greeneries inside give this place a welcoming warmth. I love it. We will definitely come back again.

Got vermicelli bowl with pork & it was delicious first visit. Went in again & the service was not as good, but the good was. we got there at 930 & were informed by the girl wearing glasses that they close in an hour. Then we got out appetizer & food before we even got our water bottle. Just close earlier if you don't wanna stay open late rather than being lackluster.

This was my third time at this restaurant & I absolutely love the food!

The fried rolls are delicious & authentic, I order them every time I go. I've had the beef Pho soup which is very nice but I really enjoyed the the grilled beef dish with lettuce & Vermicelli noodles, so much flavour & really fresh when we roll the beef with the lettuce leaves, mint & Thai basil. Just like in Vietnam 🇻🇳!!!

Will definitely bring more friends to this little gem.

One strong recommendation is to improve the service. The service was a little slow at times & the servers were not really looking after us that much.

But overall excellent food & the atmosphere is quiet & calming. 🥂

Charming restaurant near Park Lafontaine. We expected authentic Vietnamese based on the ratings but were disappointed to find it so westernized. My curry was very sweet & the Ph? broth lacking in flavour. If you are new to Vietnamese you may very well love it & agree with the other reviews.
