"The best Northern Phở in Montreal. You guys have to try it when you are at Co Ut I marked my word because I'm Hanoian and only Co Ut brought me the tast of home, not more not less! I was so emotional. My boyfriend ordered Pas Thai, which was amazing as well. So sad our phones were dead to take pictures but yeah All dishes here were super full,..."
