My favorite restaurant in Montreal. Chef Alex Di Prima is the absolute best there is. Atmosphere is awesome, service is great & the food is to die for. The best Italian food you will ever have.
I found my new favorite restaurant for pasta. Solid 4 stars, here are the minor things that need improvement. - i was very disapointed with the bread. They serve the same bread from premiere moisson that you can buy at Costco, & they don't even bother to heat it up. Coming to a restaurant where they make fresh pasta, I would expect better bread. - the little salad with the mozzarella was bland & lacked salt. I dont know if its meant to be served that way or the cook just forgot to put salt on it but it had no taste. - the guy behind the bar who served us never offered us some parmesan with our main dishes, never asked us if our food was good. If he would've done this it would've been a 5 star for the service because other than these 2 points, he was very polite & service was fast. Little suggestion, a chili oil for people who like their food spicy would be a great condiment to have for people who would like to have some. I would've added some chili oil on the spaghetti that comes with the chicken parm! I hope the owner of the restaurant reads my review & can agree with me. I rarely write reviews, but I felt I wanted to share these points because I really can see this restaurant becoming my favorite italian restaurant in the city. I really wish them a lot of success. The gnoccis were to die for. The chicken parm was perfect. What can I say about the tiramisu? 10/10 just wow! I will definitely be back as I want to taste almost all the dishes on the menu! Just please give me some good & warm homemade bread with my pasta!

Great service & great food! Their truffle gnocchi plate is the best I've ever had. Wonderful experience & will definitely be back! Also, very toddler friendly, they were super accommodating.
Absolutely amazing experience!! From the moment we walked in the staff was incredibly warm & welcoming! They helped us navigate the extensive menu to chose the perfect dish based on what we were in the mood for. We went for the meatballs & fritto misto to start followed by the cavatelli & enormous chicken parm. Food was mind blowing & so comforting! Fresh & flavourful. Everyone was so sweet & we cannot wait to come back! Thanks so much team for the great night!
Excellent, high quality food, super friendly staff, very reasonably priced, we simply loved it. Family run business, the place you want to go back to again & again.

Nourriture très bonne & diversifié. Service courtois & professionnel.
This place was bustling on a Wednesday night. The service was quick & the food was amazing! We ordered calamari as starter, the parpadelle & the cavatelli. The mains comes with bread & soup or salad. The minestrone was very hardy & flavorful. My favourite dish was the cavatelli as the balance of the sausage & the bitterness of the brocollini made the dish balanced. The portions were generous & was left feeling very full. Would def come again when craving Italian food.
We went to this place on the recommendation from a friend. We ordered a bunch of different dishes gnocchi, ravioli, the bolognese, & the duck ragu. All the food was really good & we ordered the margarita as drinks which were nice & had a good amount of alcohol. The service was also amazing as the server talked to us about the food & where the ingredients are from & even talked about the history of the restaurant. Do keep in mind that when going here, they don't do reservations so you have to put your name & they will call you when the table is ready. Overall, this was an amazing restaurant & loved it!
Although the food was very good, our dining experience could have been much better. Our waiter was rude from the get go. He was demeaning when explaining the daily special & his attitude didn't change throughout the service. Menu is limited & not inexpensive but plates are large & food is plentiful & good. The restaurant itself is quite small so if you are not there early, you will wait for a table. In the end, after we paid, we were "requested" to leave to make room for new customers.
A little pricier than other restaurants but the food is good. The first time I went, the waitress recommended the Seafood linguini with squid ink sauce. It was delicious. My second time there I had the special of the day which was rigatoni in tomato sauce with meatballs, ribs, & italian sausage. It was ok, nothing great but not bad. I am looking forward to going back & trying out some other a la carte dishes.
