Absolutely incredible sushi experience at Biru Biru restaurant! The all-you-can-eat menu is a sushi lover's dream come true with an amazing variety of fresh & delicious options. What truly impressed me was the exceptional customer service; when I accidentally left my phone behind, the staff was incredibly helpful & ensured its safe return. First time being here with my friends & the service was impeccable, but once the restaurant started having more guests the food took a very long time to arrive. It took so long that a table left to go eat elsewhere. Also, the orders were always mixed up. Probably why we waited so long for our food. I was super disappointed in the food, you can get so much better for the same price at other ayce restaurants. I don't know if it's because I went there for lunch time that most items were unavailable & everything was quite stale, but I did not enjoy any of the rolls or side dishes. Nice vibe, decent food. It wasn't clear to us that it was all-you-can-eat, so we were very surprised when we got our bill. We were looking for a spot for a quick drink & a few rolls, but since that costs over $100 here on a Saturday night, we stayed & ordered more food. A bit shocking but turned out okay. Service was fast but some of the dishes were lower quality than others. I'll be more careful in the future, but this is a good spot.
Love love love this place. We reserved over a month ago & when we walked in they didn't have our reservation. Being a group of 8 we were kinda disappointed/ scared at first, but the staff went out of their way & made place for us. In under 10 minutes we were seated as if nothing happened. They even brought us shots to apologize! The food is amazing & the quality of the service there is unmatched. Will go back for sure!Voir plus
