My first experience in June: great wings coupled with outstanding service & nice vibe. This last time Sept. 1, the wings were dry. It happens but I brought two friends & it's never good on a first experience. Very good service. I returned a drink & the waitress replaced it. Overall very nice experience but you specialize in wings, so they have to be great everytime.
Not my first time at Birdhouse. This is because without fail they repeatedly impress me. So food was excellent as always drinks delicious. Our waitress which was a new one for me ... outstanding & then when one of the owners delivers your food to your table with a friendly greeting. I mean come on. You just don't get better than this. Birdhouse is just all around good vibes. 👍
Birdhouse Wingerie did not disappoint. The wings & smashed burgers were amazing & we all enjoyed our evening. This restaurant has a great vibe & excellent staff. We cannot wait to return. A great place to have a great time.
Great service! The waitress was amazing.
Great atmosphere.
The ordered was incorrectly processed by the kitchen even though the waitress had clearly written down certain instructions.
On to the wings.....a bit disappointing to tell you the truth.
I wanted to sample everything from hot to regular BBQ &, to tell you the truth, everything kind of tasted the same.
Even their second hottest sauce wasn't that spicy & I'm not a "spicy guy" at all.
That being said I would still go back

Nice addition to the West Island restaurant scène. Our wings were very tasty & meaty. The poutine was awesome & large enough to share for 2. My husband loved his Spiked After Eight milkshake! Although a little pricey ($80 for dinner for 2) we will definitely be back again.
OMG I love this place. From Ontario & a regular visitor to the west island. What a gem. Servers are amazing, Lorne is a very engaged owner. Wish these folks the best of luck & We will be back. Can't wait to try more sauces & menu items.

Absolutely loved loved loved!!! The best fried chicken in this world! I took the classic one, amazing. We were a party of 4 & we were all super happy. The service with Gabby Was exceptional. I think that was her name. We will definitely be back & we came all the way from the south shore!!! Well worth it!
As we had hoped the food was totally DELICIOUS, lots of WINGS as well as FRIES & BRISKET SANDWICH. Nice that LORNE (owner) came over to say hello. Looking forward to our next visit
Man, these are the best wings I've had in a VERY LONG TIME! Five of us recently visited The Birdhouse as we've been salivating at the prospect of trying their wings prior to the opening! We ordered; Legendary WNT, Smoked Apple Habanero, Sweet & Sour, Carolina Honey Gold & Sweet Baby Bird. The general consensus was that the Carolina Honey Gold were the best, but they were all awesome. Meaty wings with a nice light fry & the flavours & just out of this world! We may try the dry wings next time, but these were so good...I dunno! The décor is really done is cool & inviting way & the service was probably faster than anything in recent memory! It was great speaking with the owners to get the deep dive on the "wingstory" & the servers were pleasant, efficient & did an overall great job. I highly recommend the Birdhouse to wing lovers everywhere (though we in the West Island were the lucky ones to get them in our 'hood!)!
Restos that have just recently opened rarely show promise. It takes a year before they can serve clients efficiently or keep the quality up. Birdhouse is doing exactly that after only a couple of months. Great food & service. Well done!!
I had specifically requested a banquet & was told no. We were 5 people at a 4 person table. My water glass was dirty. My sons plate had leftover food on it the waitress picked off instead of replacing. I took his plate. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the west coast salad with tofu, I'm vegetarian, thinking the tofu would be cooked somehow. No. It was literally in cubes. Wtf? The chicken tenders were apparently really good, my son enjoyed them. Sweet potato fries were out of a bag. Fries were too many. Cole slaw was ok. Gravy tasted like st. Hubert gravy from a can. Nachos were ok & way undersized compared to other places. Overall, with all the rave, I was disappointed. I can find better food & service elsewhere. Also, I found the tables to be too close together, especially given the pandemic! Hence wanting a banquet plus for my son not to get out & run around.
