Food & service were amazing! Went last night for the first time & thoroughly enjoyed our meals & drinks. As for the atmosphere, had to rate it a 3/5 because last night was the 4 Nations USA vs. CAN game, & even if they were playing it on
half of the screens, there was no volume. Instead there were music videos playing on the other half of the screens & this is the sound that was playing. When I asked the hostess why this was, it's because Birdhouse doesn't want to be associated as a'Sports Bar'. Would have really loved to stay longer than the first period, but the vibe just wasn't there without the sound. I noticed other people did ask, but the owner wouldn't budge on not playing the volume.
I've visited your restaurant twice now & have been very impressed with the service, hospitality, & especially the food & architecture. This has been wonderful!
I did have one small suggestion regarding the music which is a essential element of our society & what you display. On both of my visits, I found the volume to be a little high, making it a bit difficult to have a conversation with my dining companions. Also, the playlist seemed a bit eclectic (strange & weird) - while there were some enjoyable songs, there were also a few that felt a little out of place & loud. Without good quality music, overall experience can go down significantly in future for you.
Perhaps considering the overall ambiance & ensuring the music complements rather than overwhelms the dining experience would be something to consider & be mindful about it. Overall, I love your restaurant & hope this feedback helps enhance the experience for other customers as well!
Food & cocktails never disappoint. Service never disappoints. We've been served twice by Charlotte & she is an absolute gem. She is always so attentive, fast, & always provides service with a smile. 10/10 recommend you come here to enjoy the food, service, & atmosphere! Also, the head chef is amazing! She clearly knows how to run a kitchen as the food gets pushed out SO FAST & it's always so delicious!! Love birdhouse ❤?
We came in for lunch & it was amazing. We enjoyed our dishes & the service was perfect. She helped us & was very patient. Everything was good, my buddy & I prefer the macaroni to be a little more cooked but that's a preference. We enjoyed it & will be back.
The restaurant always has a fun vibe to it. It always feels like a party even when it's empty. That being said, the food is only decent. It's better than pub food but not far off from fast food. I'd recommend going there during a sporting event.

Great experience at birdhouse! I'm not a huge wings fan, but I really enjoyed these! We tried the Cacio & Pepe, the Cherry Cola & the honey garlic wings - all were very tasty. Lots of meat on the wings & not a lot of fat which I appreciate. Mac & cheese was one of the best I've had in Montreal. My only critique is I wish they gave a dipping sauce for the dry wings - currently it's $3 a dip. Other that that, great vibes, wonderful service- would highly recommend!
Great place, the steak spice, buffalo & honey garlic wings were delicious! A bit pricy for what you get though nice atmosphere & friendly service. Needs more seating as many people were seated at the bar due to lack of tables.
My husband & I are there 2x month minimum. Can't brag about this place enough! Also about time they opened a new location in laval but west island is my home. Also it's cute that we always get the same table. Staff are great, food is impeccable. I sound like a broken record everytime I leave a review but this place is gold!
I've been winging to come here for quite a while now & I'm so clucking happy I finally did! Great food, great atmosphere & awesome service. &-I'm not sure why this surprised me-but their Caesars come with a chicken wing!!!

really easy going & fun place to grab a bite. our waitress was very attentive & kind & made the whole experience lovely. we got the dr evil & apple habanero wings which were tasty. the nachos were also super good but i think that they are a little large for 2 people only therefore if you're coming as a party of 3-4, then they're the perfect appy. overall i would come back here again for sure.
Birdhouse accommodated my son & 6 friends for his birthday dinner after another restaurant couldn't guarantee seating. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, & the key lime pie I had was so good I wanted to lick the plate clean. We enjoyed it so much that when my nephew chose where to have lunch on his birthday, it was Birdhouse. I haven't had the wings yet, but apparently they are a must-have, so I guess we'll be going back sooner rather than later!
The food & service was fantastic. Great menu with wonderful options for vegan & gluten free clientele. Can't wait to try something new on my next visit. A big thank you to Julianna our waitress & Lorne. They went out of their way to welcome & accommodate us The drive from Morin Heights was well worth it!!! Thank you!
Food was good, but nothing stood out to us. Wings are super pricey considering their size & they charge an extra 3$ for ranch sauce, which usually would come with your wings? Was 35$ for 12 wings (no sides). Cocktails were also just OK. Atmosphere was nice but we wouldn't return.
