Avec un nouveau concept rafraîchissant jamais vu à Montréal, nous sommes ravis de vous présenter Birdhouse : la toute première Wingerie et bar.
Situé en plein coeur de l'Ouest-de-l'Île, Le Birdhouse Wingerie & Bar (BWB) marie des sauces gourmandes faites maison à des sauces traditionnelles et à des marinades sèches pour donner aux amateurs d'ailes des saveurs hallucinantes. Nous avons infusé le concept du poulet frit de notre saveur originale, et nous offrons une variété de bouffe réconfortante haut de gamme, faisant de nous le point de rencontre « tout-poulet » le plus branché en ville!

C'était notre première fois hier. Ce fut une superbe découverte! L'entrée de chou-fleur est vraiment excellente (avec sauce miel & ail). Même les enfants ont adoré! Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at Birdhouse, & it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above & beyond to make our evening special. The ambiance was warm & inviting, with just the right balance of elegance & comfort. We were greeted with genuine smiles & promptly seated. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that every need was met before we even had to ask. As for the food-it was nothing short of extraordinary. Every dish was a crafted with care & took me back to my last trip to Nashville. The Ketchup Chips wings & Chicken Tacos were a standout. It's rare to find a place that combines exceptional food, outstanding service, & such thoughtful attention to detail, but Birdhouse nailed it on every front. They didn't just serve us a meal-they created a memory we'll cherish forever. I cannot recommend Birdhouse enough for anyone looking for a special dining experience. This was our first time trying Birdhouse We highly enjoyed the food However I was surprised that the restaurant did not have a children's menu Also the atmosphere is fun but I found that the large screen flickered way too much that it started to give me a headache. I have been dying to try out this restaurant for months & when I tell you, it was worth the wait there is no exaggeration. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. As someone whose family owns a restaurant business, I don't say that lightly! From the manager, Chris, to our waiter Oli, everyone was an absolute delight. The cocktails were amazing, the beer was crisp cold, & the food was incredible. I am a self appointed chicken wing connoisseur so my standards are HIGH & critical when it comes to getting messy with wings. They. Were. Out. Of. This. World. The next visit I will definitely be ordering multiple flavors just so I can try them all. One of my pet peeves at a restaurant is when things take too long to come out or it takes too long to get the bill, & there was no waiting for anything at Birdhouse despite it being Saturday night prime time. We truly could have stayed there for several hours, listening to the amazing throwback music & taste testing everything on the menu. 5 stars all around.
