We were seated with menus but no one came to the table for about 20mins to bring water or ask for drinks. Manager ended up coming to apology offered an appetizer which was very nice. Food was great! Atmosphere was great. Love the looks of the restaurant. I'm just giving 4 stars cause I didn't like the music & it got increasing loud as the night progressed.View more

I went to Birdhouse last night with my boyfriend. Considering it was a Sunday night, the place was busy. However, the service was very friendly & fast. Our server, Athena, knew everything about the menu & was able to offer us recommendations, & made sure our every need was met. The food was great, the wings were juicy & tasty. The group had mixed feelings but they should have had the fried chicken instead of hamburgers. I thought the fried chicken was awesome. Onion sticks were very ordinary & fries just ok. Really good spicy fried chicken. I wanted to try everything on that menu. Many choices of spices & sauces.View more

This was one of the best services I've received in a long time. My boyfriend & I have been excited to try this place for a while & it definitely lived up to our expectations. The service was phenomenal, with the entire staff paying attention to even the smallest details. Special shoutout to our waitress Andreanne!!
