Nous étions 4 & nous ne comprenons pas que le restaurant soit noté à 4.6 en ce moment (147 personnes).
Nous avions pris chacun un plat différent (poisson (vivaneau) / spaghetti aux fruits de mer / risotto / raviolis à la truffe). Les plats étaient fades & petits. Nous n'avons ni mangé à notre faim ni à notre goût. Le service était OK (serveur gentil). Les entrées étaient OK, pas plus - nous avions pris des entrées à partager (salade d'endive / salade de calamars grillés / agneau). L'une de nous a pris un gâteau fondant au chocolat & l'extérieur était brûlé.
Temps d'attente trop long - on a reçu nos plats plus d'une heure après avoir commandé.
Everything was absolutely delicious. Each dish was full of flavour & clearly made with care. From the first bite to the last the food exceeded expectations. Our 2nd time & we'd happily go back.
Un repas vraiment délicieux. Tout ce que nous avons mangé de l'entrée au dessert était délicieux. Un établissement que nous avons découvert & sincèrement apprécié. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.
Love, love , love this place! The food, ambiance & staff were amazing. The dishes were light & fresh & all one more pleasant than the other. Not to mention the cocktails. One of my favourite picks for 2026! 🙌

We had a great evening last night! Every dish that we ordered was delicious! We had the crudo fish, arancini, ravioli & a bistecca alla Fiorentina that was very succulent! Ambiance is great! The drinks were nice! We will definitely go back. Highly recommended!!!!

When we got to the restaurant, the person who brought us to our table was not very communicative when trying to talk to them; Which made it feel awkward. I was very disappointed with the food (Ravioli was still hard, the Focaccia appetizer was very basic & underwhelming, & the scallop Crudo was poorly plated & not worth the price!). Those were just some of the more disappointing meal factors. After being disappointed we wanted to finish the night with a good coffee, but was also disappointed because the coffee was cold. Unfortunately the only way I would recommend this restaurant is if there would be overall improvements in food execution & portion size, prices & service efficiency.
Birbante was just okay overall. Nothing particularly stood out, & the portions were quite small for the price. The lamb skewers, in particular, were very small & felt underwhelming. The food was fine, but the experience didn't quite live up to expectations.

we slipped into this deliciously 70s-Milan-kissed Italian hideaway, where mischief is written right into the menu & charm is served by the plateful.
Everything tasted unmistakably homemade-like stepping into Nonna's house on a slow, sunny Sunday. We almost hate that we loved it so much 😅
We began with a crisp endive salad dotted with almonds, a simple pleasure done perfectly. Then came the Tagliatelle, tangled lovingly with veal & olives in a very balanced sauce Nonna couldn't have made better herself. The haddock, dressed generously in pesto, was a quiet show-stopper. & the lava cake smelled like it came straight out of my mom's oven-warm, familiar, & impossible to resist.
The décor plays just as big a role in the experience: Campari bottles stacked from floor to ceiling, orange banquettes straight out of a stylish 70s film set, marble touches, & soft vintage round lights that make everyone look like they're part of the celebration. It's the perfect spot for a date (bring someone who deserves it) or an intimate gathering of close friends-& yes, sharing plates is encouraged.
