Birbante emerges in reviews as a warm, stylish Italian spot where authentic flavors, light and vibrant dishes, and a well curated cocktail program come together to create memorable dining experiences. Diners repeatedly praise the inviting ambiance, attentive service, and a menu that makes sharing easy with a diverse mix of bruschetta, pastas, seafood, and meat dishes that feel homemade and thoughtfully balanced. The pasta shapes, nduja risotto, lamb dishes and the bistecca alla Fiorentina are frequent standouts, and cocktails such as Campari and Negroni variants contribute to a festive vibe. The atmosphere is described as cozy yet lively, with open kitchen vibes and appealing decor that evoke a Milanese mood. While a few reviews mention portion sizes or value, the overall sentiment highlights friendly hospitality, consistent quality, and a place that feels like a special night out with friends or on a date, inviting guests to return to explore more of the offering.
Let's start by saying I hated it!!! BECAUSE I know I'll be dreaming about every dish for as long as my ADHD allows. We had three courses & dessert, each with an Italian name I won't attempt to butcher, so bear with me. There is Campari everywhere. Not super important but I was like wow.
Ok what was eaten:
Endive Salad: Perfectly balanced flavors with a kick of tangy vinaigrette. Simple, fresh, & so well done. Pasta with Veal Meatballs: This one. The smellllllll of the tomato sauce instantly transported us to our grandmothers' houses on a Sunday afternoon. Full-blown nostalgia moment & obviously absolutely delicious.
Fish with Pesto: PERFECTION. Nothing more to say.
Molten Lava Cake: 10/10. Paired with some raspberry goodness. DID NOT disappointment, pure joy.
In short, every plate was simple yet layered with thoughtful, intentional flavors. Nothing felt overlooked. You can see into the kitchen if you get close enough, I always like that.
I genuinely think this is the perfect spot for a small group of friends who like sharing dishes…you get to try more of their fantastic menu. It's very open. Looks like they could accommodate a giant group comfortably.

Birbante was incredible! We were a group of six girls & shared everything - & honestly, every dish was amazing. We started with the doppia bruschetta (absolutely delicious!), the burrata, & the endive salad - all so fresh & full of flavor. Then we had a risotto & a pesto pasta, both super tasty & perfectly done. Our waiter was amazing - he explained the menu so well, was super generous, & made the whole experience even better. We finished with 4-5 desserts & devoured every bite. The place itself is beautiful - the décor is super cool yet cozy. 100% recommend!
I was hoping to get an authentic Italian experience in my area, but unfortunately, this restaurant was quite disappointing. Having spent time in Italy, I've come to appreciate the balance of quality & portion size - something that was lacking here.
The food was underwhelming & quite expensive for the quantity. We actually left still hungry. I ordered the clam pasta & ended up having to return it (something I rarely ever do) because it was overly salty & the pasta itself was dry.
On the bright side, the service was excellent - they were kind enough to replace my dish with another option from the menu. We finished with a tiramisu, hoping for a better impression, but it too was a bit dry.
Overall, great service but disappointing food for the price.
This is THE spot for classy & cozy dining. The staff was super friendly & gave us great recommendations! Dozens of Campari cocktails to choose from - I was pleasantly surprised by the Negroni Svegliato with coffee. We shared every dish we ordered (& we ordered a LOT) & everything was excellently prepared. The standouts of the night were the bruschetta with n'duja - a spicy sausage I'd never tried before, the lamb pasta, & the STEAK. Plus, the sheer variety of pasta shapes was mesmerizing to behold! Make sure you've got plenty of focaccia to soak up all the tasty leftover goop. & for dessert, you really have to try the pistachio-encrusted ice cream, it's the perfect finale to a memorable meal. Great spot for a date, or ideally a double- or triple-date so you can try more dishes!!!
This place is a gem! The staff & the cooks are amazing. They are pushing out quality service & food. Each dish was amazing! I recommend the lamb pasta & steak was killer. The lava cake pistachio is absolutely insane, & the red snapper appetizer is a must. Like I said there is no wrong answer. We almost ordered one of everything.

Loved this place. Second time going & the menu is really tasty. Between the crudo, the burata, calamari salad, all the pastas & the grill, everyone can find something to their taste.
Excellent work from the kitchen & great service
Atmosphere is really vibrant
Would definitely recommend
The service is great, everyone is in a good mood, they come check-in on you often to make sure you're not missing anything & they even ask if you have any recommendations or if you'd change anything in your dishes once you're done eating. We had the red snapper crudo to start, the walnut pesto pasta, the braised lamb pasta, the shoulder steak as mains & a chocolate fondant to share. Everything was fantastic!

Super consigliato
