Fondé par les frères Pier Paolo et Davide, le restaurant célèbre les racines italiennes à travers la culture de l'aperitivo, des saveurs audacieuses et une touche d'espièglerie. Loved this place. Second time going & the menu is really tasty. Between the crudo, the burata, calamari salad, all the pastas & the grill, everyone can find something to their taste.

I want to start by saying the place is very nice decorated & the service was very friendly!
However, i'm a bit disappointed with the food since I had high expectations for this place, it was wasn't bad but it wasn't wow either. We asked if it was good to share between two people & we were told yes, but after 2 entrees, 2 mains & 2 desserts, we were still hungry as the dishes were way smaller than expected. l
To start, we had the Doppia Bruschetta, which was extremely salty & Crudo (this one was good). As main, we had Risotto N'duja e Burrata which was good, & Linguine which was alright. The highlight was the tiramisu, the tortino & the aperols spritz.Voir plus
Déception sur certains plats, le plat de viande était vraiment extra mais les pâtes pesto c'était l'inverse comme réchauffé & plus de sauce. La foccacia moyenne comme une tranche de pain réchauffée alors que celle de la Panzeria est incroyable. Mitigé pour le prix total…Voir plus
The service is great, everyone is in a good mood, they come check-in on you often to make sure you're not missing anything & they even ask if you have any recommendations or if you'd change anything in your dishes once you're done eating. We had the red snapper crudo to start, the walnut pesto pasta, the braised lamb pasta, the shoulder steak as mains & a chocolate fondant to share. Everything was fantastic!Voir plus
This place is just incredible! The food is outstanding, the drinks are made to perfection. The ambiance is cozy & authentic. Really makes you feel like you're in Italy! Special mention to the Arrosticini & Nduja on focaccia, which is impossible to find anywhere else in Montreal! Will be returning without any doubt!Voir plus
Vraiment décevant!
Le restaurant est neuf, bien décoré, les serveurs italiens, on s'y croirai sauf quand l'assiette arrive.
La foccacia est cramée, il y a 4choix entre les premiers plats & les seconds plats. Les quantités sont extrêmement faibles & la nourriture n'a rien d'exceptionnelle.
J'ai ete particulièrement amusee par les tomates anciennes.. Qui clairement n'en sont pas..
C'est un restaurant aux prix quand meme élevé pour la qualité & la quantité dans les assiettes. Il y a, sur la rue beaucoup d'autres choix, meilleurs & a des prix similaires voire plus faibles.

Perche maximo dei punti sonno entrata in restorante e volevo ordinare un primo da portare via sinceramente al prima vista in restorante erano 5 clienti e 4 dependendenti anchevse non avevano il SPAGHETINO FRUTTI DI MARE' mi avevano racomandato spaghetone con calamaro e gamberini con sugo di pomodoro.Come e sttato il sugo di pomodoro insieme con chalgue pomodoro seco e olio di oliva,cottura della pasta exceptionale,sapore di mare molto suave unna gioia dell palatto .Viaggio per lavoro mollto in Italia pero unna pasta cosi penso sonno ani che non lo trovato .Complimenti e grazie dala mama con il bambino con autismo che a unn palato mollto educato e 🙂Voir plus

I was excited to try this restaurant as a fan of La Panzeria, but I was really disappointed. I won't be returning. The food is decent, but nothing special. La Panzeria has a unique & original concept, with a small menu where everything is delicious. In comparison, Bribante has a ton of Italian restaurants competing, & I think it's just okay. The prices are exorbitant for the dishes; for example, the saffron risotto at $32 is really just an appetizer portion in my opinion. The service was excellent.Voir plus
