40min after ordering the wings we had to go & ask how much longer. 5 min. was the reply. I explained that we are diabetic & haven't had supper but we still had to go back after another 10 min. to ask a second time & then wait another 5 min. before getting our food. Total wait time 55 min. NOTE TO OWNER, when this many people complain about service (I've read the reviews) it's time to hire more staff. Wait time for this type of food should never exceed 20 min. even when the place is packed (& it wasn't) yet we waited nearly 3x that long. Bottom line is that by trying to save money on staff, you lose repeat business in the kitchen. Next time we'll just have our supper & drinks elsewhere & only come for the pool. Your loss!

One of the worse places I've been. Terrible service. Waitress was charging me for alcohol drinks (which I asked it for) but putting no alcohol & when I said she did it wrong, she said she would prepare another one, she didn't & when I complained again she made me pay for the shot. It happened twice & I gave up on drinking anything from there. Food was also terrible, wings burned, nachos with a weird cheese & burned as well. Just not worth it.
