Bistro japonais/Izakaya "Funky & Cool" à Montréal! Le Biiru est un bistro japonais sympathique situé au centre-ville, sur la rue City Councillors, dissimulé dans l’ombre de l’église St-James, à quelques pas de la rue Ste-Catherine. Le chef se fait un plaisir de vous offrir des plats traditionnels et raffinés; vous n’avez qu’à goûter aux côtes de porc à la chair tendre et juteuse, marinées dans une sauce caramélisée. Elles fondent tout simplement dans la bouche! Les légumes tempura, cuits à point, sont également irrésistibles. Bref, le menu vous laisse bouche bée tant les spécialités sont toutes meilleures les unes que les autres. Vous y trouvez aussi une variété de délicieux tapas, idéal pour déguster en entrées! Le personnel aimable et courtois se fera un plaisir de vous accueillir, et vous promet un excellent 5 à 7 entre amis ou collègues. Biiru has been one of my favourite spots to dine in Downtown Montreal for many years. I just went again this week with my girlfriend & the food, drinks & overall atmosphere were amazing as per usual. The prices are very fair & the food is served tapas style so it is easy to share. I love the ramen salade, candied salmon, the tartare & the many other tasty & unique dishes they have on their menu. Très bel endroit, les plats étaient super & les prix sont raisonnables par rapport à la qualité de l'expérience! Le staff était très sympathique & le service était excellent 👌🏻 Seule petite déception : nous n'étions pas au courant que nous devions quitter pour 20:30 (deuxième service). Notre réservation était à 18:30 & nous étions un groupe de 10 pour un anniversaire, alors le 2h nous a semblé court! L'expérience a tout de même été agréable & je recommande le restaurant!Voir plus
