About Us
A love for food, a love for new experiences, and a love for each other.
When we started out, we were just a young couple in a rented apartment with a kitchen and a vision for a type of service that didn't really exist yet. Sure, there were restaurants that delivered, but here in Montreal there weren't really any businesses that delivered fresh, prepared meals, daily.
So, in 2005, we started teaching our clients how they could place orders with us over the internet. Even though it was all new at the time, the idea grew, and so did a whole industry around it. Before we knew it, there were several other businesses doing the same thing that we started.
But that didn’t deter us. We stayed focused, stayed strong, and stuck it out together. Ultimately, that brought the two of us even closer together, and our business has grown ever since.
Over the years, people have often asked us, what's it like working with your spouse? Well, to be blunt, it’s great! We both have the same beliefs when it comes to managing our business and balancing our family life. From our kitchen to your door, quality and service come first. But that doesn’t mean we forget to add in that close family feeling to our workplace.
Our skill sets also complement each other. After all, one of us is a super talented world travelled chef, and the other an extra-creative skilled director.
Together though, we’re still just Joe and Kelly, and this is Beurre et Baguette.
