Came in on a Sunday with my family for lunch, without reservation. The restaurant was pretty empty. The overweight waiter was rude during our whole stay. We felt unwelcomed & have been ignored most of the time. We were seated without menus & with half empty water glasses (bottle didn't have enough liquid). He crossed my gaze after 20 minutes, & he took menus nearby to give them to us, but fortunately, I checked the menu online before so I ordered right away. He didn't help or recommend anything.
Still no water bottle on the table, no one to fill our glasses the entire time. The food was good, but definitely overpriced for the quality & quantity. We had to wait undefinitely for someone to notice we finished & needed to leave (no server near our table). We had to dress & wait near the exit for the waiter to come with the bill . The guy should not work as a waiter or maybe he had a bad day, but I was just in a hurry to pay & never come back.View more
Last night’s tasting menu at Restaurant Beroya was fantastic—flavorful, creative, & plenty of food. The live music on a Saturday night added a fun vibe, though the restaurant was packed. The only downside was the men’s bathroom: one stall for such a big restaurant, & it wasn’t clean. A bigger, well-maintained restroom would make this place perfect. Still, highly recommend for the food & atmosphere!View more

Beroya always delivers. The servers are so friendly & give good recommendations. I would say they are also in the top 5 fastest to serve our meals from the moment we ordered it. Super fast & efficient! As for the food, it is so good & authentic. It is my go to when I'm craving Syrian/lebanese/armenian food. The price is also quite reasonable for the quality & taste of the food as well as the fast service. Would definitely keep going back!View more
The food & cocktails are very tasty ! I forgot to take a picture of the main meat dishes, but if you're new to Syrian food, try the tasting menu ! I reccomend taking it if you are in a group of 3 people. Very lovely & fast service. The employees are attentive & quick. The tables are very clean. I recently visited Beroya & overall, it was a great experience! The appetizers were absolutely delicious & set the tone for the meal beautifully. However, the main course fell a bit short of expectations-the lamb in the frikkeh dish was dry, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the service was excellent-attentive, friendly & efficient, making the dining experience very enjoyable. The portion sizes were also very generous. Despite the main course not being perfect, I'd definitely go again to try more of their menu. It's a great spot for some of the most flavourful food Syrian/Lebanese food!View more
This was my second time coming here, the last time was a year ago. We got the same server by chance & the food was just as good as it was last time. I was craving good hummus, fresh pita, & charcoal grilled chicken. It was a 30 minute drive from our main destination in Montreal, but it's a must-visit restaurant when we travel up here!View more

We've visited this restaurant multiple times & tried their tasting menu each time-it has been nothing short of perfect on every occasion! The flavors are exceptional, & their mezze dishes are truly standout. The hummus, muhammara, abu ghabnouj, labne, & eggplant moutabbal are absolutely amazing-each bite bursting with authentic taste. Their salads are equally impressive, with the fattouche & tabboule being fresh & flavorful, but the fattouche deserves a special mention for being absolutely divine. The kababs, cooked on a charcoal barbecue, are incredibly delicious-juicy, smoky, & full of flavor. & the desserts? Simply heavenly! The halaewt el jiben & bouza with ghazel el banat are an absolute must-try-they round off the meal in the most delightful way. This place is a gem for anyone looking for incredible Syrian food & a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended! I can't wait to go back again!View more
