The doughnuts are great but the customer service really kills the experience. The guy at the cash didn't even look at me once while serving me. I'm not sure why he even bothers to show up to work if he's going to serve people like he hates his life.View more

I was really excited to try this place but in the end it was not as amazing as I thought it was going to be. Let's begin with the service, the staff were great, very friendly & fast! Kudos for this! I went around 11:30 in a weekday & I waited like 5-7 minutes but when I left the line was starting to get longer. About the taste: overall is too sweet way too sweet & in my opinion flavours are not well balanced even the bacon one was overly sweet. I would add an acidic component for example hints of lemon in the apple pie one. I have a sweet tooth but this was too much.View more

I heard about this place as a spot to visit in Montreal & it didn't disappoint. There's usually a line to get in but the service is very quick & the gentlemen working are very pleasant & efficient. The donuts themselves were absolutely delicious & I even made a stop before leaving Montreal to take some home. If you get a chance, definitely stop by & pick some up.View more
