Food is amazing, I've been going there for a few months but the false advertising got me this time. On their website it clearly says 15$ for a trio & in store they charge 21$ per trio. They also say that this promotion is expired but can't tell me why it's still on their website. Only explanation I got is'I don't have access to give you this price in my system'. I asked if they can compensate with something like a dessert from Lokma but nothing… really disappointed.
Also guy at the counter doesn't speak French.. like come on, you're in Quebec & it's an Arabic restaurant
The first thing you see when you go on their website is a $15 promotion (see attached). It says at the restaurant only.
At the location, they refuse to honour this offer. I was told things about this being an Uber promotion which is plain false if you read the promotion. Even then, it is not ongoing on Uber regardless & never was in the past couple of days.
It's false advertising that got me in their door.
It also took me literally 29 minutes from the moment I paid to the moment I received my order, & there were only 3 people in front of me. $19.53 & 29 minutes later for a small, cold sandwich (no trio) is ridiculous.

Avant quand je aller j'ai aimer bien poulet son chaud repas chaude ça mais remplir même les frites chaude service très bien avce boonne communication mardi le 30 décembre 2025 j'ai invité mes amis, parce que l'autre fois l'année passée en 2024 il donnait des bonnes services, mais là c'est très mauvais expérience. Moi j'ai attendu presque deux heures. Attander & j'ai attendu on dirait le service & Skip des clients est il c'est même pas comme avoir une bonne attitude il pas just sa propre la nourriture très mauvaise j'avais vu le fruit froid & le poulet était troisième pousse de chaud après je même pas donné tip just a à cause de service, à la caisse tres mauvais au lieu de nommer la nourriture, il devait mettre une genre numéro de bord pour que les gens puissent attendre pas de Dio, la nourriture que les gens commandent. Puis après ça elle met le assiette de l'autre côté du bord. Après ça il s'en fout. On dirait si le client ne prend pas j'allais sur le dessert moi j'ai trouvé c'était un bon service avant, mais là c'était un mauvais expérience il me dit oh on peut pas le offrir des les Mr puff ou bien pogo ça prend du temps je te Moon de quoi elle prend je l'ai vu d'autre côté que la machine était ouverte à place de me mentir sans moi moi je pense que je vais plus retourner ses restaurants, & je veux plus adapter mauvaise expérience
