Why the 2 stars, usually it's a 5 stars but this time the 2 stars is they forgot my extra sauce & for the 1/4 chicken order, I only received a chicken breast

This Benny is really a pick-up spot. It was very busy on this day & so service was very basic & perhaps understaffed. A few tables were available, but you must order at the pick up counter, pay & then someone comes, calls out your name & drops it off at your table. Not a nice comfortable experience. Food however was excellent.

Chicken & poutine 5/5, wings 0/5 do not order the wings they're the worst I've ever tasted. Dry & hard as a rock $10 down the drain.

Chez Benny&Co, on vient pour le poulet, mais on revient pour Franky. Cet homme n'est pas juste un employé : c'est une légende, une machine bien huilée & le prophète incontesté du poulet. On raconte que ses ailes de poulet sortent croustillantes juste par la force de son regard, & que la sauce BBQ lui obéit au doigt & à l'oeil. Quand Franky est en service, les cuisses sont plus juteuses, les frites plus dorées & le bonheur plus grand. Merci Benny&Co de nous prêter ce trésor vivant… & merci Franky de guider notre appétit vers la lumière croustillante.'

Bénin's est vraiment les meilleurs pour le poulet pi les club sandwich merci beaucoup ........hier j'ai commandé un club sandwich st Hubert pi c'était vraiment pas a la hauteur de benni's j'vous le jure merci

We have been clients of Benny & co (Fabreville location) for years. We usually order the same thing, my husband has the leg meal & I have the breast meal. Always satisfied with our meals, unfortunately this is the second time the breast was extremely dry!! Very disappointing!

This is the second time, my husband & I, we have tried at this restaurant & both times it was the same person who served us, we noticed. I asked her name because she was very pleasant to talk to & provided a really nice service. Her name is Sandra. She had just a nice vibe & definitely will return because of the service she provided.

Hier je suis allée chercher un Club viande blanche. Pas vite le cuisinier. C'est à 5 minutes de chez moi. J'avais mis la boîte sur le banc chauffant. Le tout était presque froid incluant les frites ,les pain. Etc. Très très déçue

When i went, i had the chicken breast & the chicken was pasty, which i did not enjoy. Rest of the food was as expected. Not sure how it is for repeat customers but that was my first time there & i wasn't impressed & was expecting better from Benni's. Other than that, service was quick & lady at the counter was nice to deal with.
