If you have time to waste, you can go there. Even if no one is there, it could take your food forever. Your waiter might try to explain to you why, tell you about the problem in the kitchen, if you care. Try it if you want to wait 45 minutes for a charcuterie board.
You might even offer to the people in charge on the floor to skip this whole review business. Tell them what was wrong with your experience in real time. & the people in charge will tell you - I spoke to the boss, they don't care about your experience.
Oh, if you have money to waste, you can go there to overspend on drinks too. Bon appetit!

Bon appetit!
There was a nice day party that i attended yesterday. Our waiter, Victor was amazing! There were tons of people & not enough staff. Victor is sweet, friendly & kept apologizing for the delay for drinks. My group & I told him not to stress. He worked extremely hard.
They have a great sports bar upstairs! I loved the nachos, the drinks were excellent, & the atmosphere was amazing. With 8 TVs, it's the perfect spot to watch FIFA!
If you're looking for a patio that feels like a hidden gem, Benedetta in the Old Port is absolutely worth the visit. Tucked away from the crowds, the patio has a charming, intimate atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in & drink some amazing spritzes, one of the best I had in the city. Honestly makes you feel like you are in Europe! I also enjoyed the calamari & the spicy pasta. The service was excellent, also like the fact it's pet friendly. Great for people watching!
Went at 1pm & had items unavailable on the menu already. Placed our order & only after they started preparing our food they mentioned they only had enough chicken for one sandwich. It was also clearly not fresh chicken inside the one we did get. Staff was polite but just kind of scattered. Drinks were good. Maybe better for dinner but do not
recommend for lunch time. Shame because nice outdoor seating.
Amazing drinks & DJ!!! Also A tier customer service, definitely worth a visit!
Worst experience at a restaurant. It took around 20 minutes to get water AFTER being seated, another 10-15 for our drinks & when we ordered food, we waited an hour for two cold soups & none of the sandwiches ordered. We didn't get checked on by our waiter once. It's a beautiful ambience inside & we were really excited to have lunch there but the service did not meet the expectations. I don't recommend it until they figure out their stuff. Disappointed.
I went to Benedetta on February 14th for Valentine's Day. It's a new restaurant that opened in early December, & unfortunately, that inexperience shows.
The 5-course menu was nicely presented visually, but that's about where the praise ends. The first three courses were average at best. Honestly, you could make the same dishes at home without much effort. Nothing memorable, nothing refined enough to justify a tasting menu.
The main course was decent on my end, but my partner's bavette steak was completely rubbery. I took one bite & had to spit it out immediately because it was impossible to chew. For a restaurant positioning itself as upscale, serving meat like that is unacceptable.
The dessert tasted no better than a basic Betty Crocker brownie you could make at home. No finesse, no depth, no'wow' factor.
As for the drinks, they were just okay. The lychee martini was borderline, & that's a cocktail that's pretty hard to mess up. At one point I sent a drink back after only 2-3 sips because it simply wasn't good, & it still showed up on the final bill.
The service was disappointing from start to finish. The staff seemed stressed & disorganized. About 5-10 minutes after we sat down - before we even had time to properly look at the menu - the server was already rolling his eyes. He would drop off the plates & walk away immediately, not even taking the time to explain the dish. There was little to no attention throughout the meal, & we were rarely asked if everything was okay.
All of this would have been easier to overlook if the price reflected the experience. But $340 including tax & tip for two people is excessive for what we received. At that price point, you can easily get a far better meal elsewhere.
Very disappointing for what was supposed to be a special evening.
