Run, don't walk, to Ben & Sally's ASAP! Incredible value breakfast sandwiches (I highly recommend the BELT), the best iced tea I've ever had (?!), & lovely vibes. Support this amazing neighbourhood business!

A sunny spot to grab an excellent breakfast with great value! Especially great for early risers, not many places are open at 8am & this place really hit the spot! Highly recommend the morning trio deal!

Ben & Sally's is a great addition to the neighborhood! Their food is delicious & really affordable. I highly recommend their breakfast wrap, it's a must try!

I recently became a regular of this sandwich shop, & I have to say it is consistently a fantastic experience! The staff is super welcoming & the food quality is top-notch with fresh & flavourful menu items. Their breakfast options are unbeatable, especially for the price-you really can't find a better deal in town. It's rare to find a spot where both the food & service shine, but this place absolutely nails it. Highly recommend, five stars all the way!

Lovely food, at a great price. Visited two weeks ago, & it was such a nice ambiance, lovely food. I highly recommend the breakfast sandwich, it's maybe twice as big as a Tim Horton's sandwich, but with homemade biscuits, eggs & meat patties. The iced tea was perfection as well, just like an American sweet tea, not too sugary. Will definitely go back.

Essayez le sandwich Fermier (pour un samdwich frais & savoureux) & sandwich Papa Ben (boeuf & succulent) La limonade est bonne. Tout goûte frais! Très bon service à la clientèle. Je recommende!
