I had the veggie sandwich & cauliflower soup. This might be one of the best soups I've ever had at a cafe, & the sandwich was so full of flavour. Would definitely recommend.

First of all, upon entry the vibes are immaculate. Walk in & hear Frank Ocean on the stereo, good sign. Atmosphere is really nice, clean & cohesive aesthetic. Comfortable place to be.
The food was great. We had the breakfast sausage & egg wrap. Very good portion. Flavors are great, ingredients are fresh. Tastes amazing. The price is really fair at 7.50$ each. Great value. I am eager to try some of the sandwiches next time I come back. The Cubano looks great. We also had a large homemade rice crispy which was nice.
The service at Ben & Sally's is so good. The staff are very kind, welcoming & helpful.
All around, Ben & Sally's is a hidden gem & I definitely recommend it!
Great food here! Not just the sandwiches, even down to the amazing chutney! I have often eaten in the shop, & once i got it packed to go, it was fantastic every time. Chicken salad is great, but the brisket is to die for!
They also have really well priced Breakfast Sandwiches, & they're open for weekends Brunch! I've only tried their biscuit -based sandwich, because it's so good I don't want to not eat it. Perfect texture, like a scone but better.
Best, when they pass me the interac pad, there is no'tip' option offered. I asked about this, & they answered'actually they pay us enough to not live off tips'. I like that. I still tipped but I felt better about everything.
I NEVER write reviews for things but I felt I had to because Ben & Sally's is incredible. The food is delicious, the price is phenomenal, & the portions are generous.
I had quite possibly one of the best mochas I've had in Montreal & could barely finish (in a good way) the breakfast BELT.
Really & truly a gem.

Great place for earthy & tasty sandwiches & wraps, & beyond! Just go there it's worth it. But really, do you remember when Montreal was one of the best places in North America for food & drinks at super reasonable/cheap prices? Well that was back in February 2020, before all the mess started. Since then Montreal jumped on the inflation bandwagon & is definitely not as great as before. But this place that opened just recently didn't get the memo & does really good fastfood, the proper way, & at great prices. The person cooking is super nice & cares about you. Let's support this store, they deserve it as they don't mock us with ridiculous prices & bad service. Thanks to them for being an honest business.
Wildly good at an awesome price. The sausage, egg & cheese wrap was hefty & generous on the sausage. I loved that I was asked if I wanted hot sauce in the wrap. Great food, great service but more importantly; they have eerily perfect rice crispy squares that somehow stole the whole show.
After walking by this place many times I finally decided to stop in & try the breakfast sandwich. I got the trio & I was shocked at how large the sandwich was. It came with a small salad that was twice the size of small salads everywhere else plus a drink all for a great price. There's some charming places to sit in there, including a huge sofa, & metal chairs that look uncomfortable & austere at a glance, but when you sit in them, they are so cosy. At a time when it feels like so many restaurants are trying to grab everything they can from you, this place feels like it gives you more than you asked for. Five stars easy.
Bill was about 47$, got the sugar shack wrap, la Pointe panini, 2 coffees & two soups of the day(carrot & ginger). No complaints! The person at the cash was polite & helpful, the prices seemed reasonable for the portion sizes, the food was delicious & place itself was very clean & charming. I'd definitely go back, if I find myself in the area.

I recently became a regular of this sandwich shop, & I have to say it is consistently a fantastic experience! The staff is super welcoming & the food quality is top-notch with fresh & flavourful menu items. Their breakfast options are unbeatable, especially for the price-you really can't find a better deal in town. It's rare to find a spot where both the food & service shine, but this place absolutely nails it. Highly recommend, five stars all the way!
Lovely food, at a great price. Visited two weeks ago, & it was such a nice ambiance, lovely food. I highly recommend the breakfast sandwich, it's maybe twice as big as a Tim Horton's sandwich, but with homemade biscuits, eggs & meat patties. The iced tea was perfection as well, just like an American sweet tea, not too sugary. Will definitely go back.
