I went into the establishment hoping for a delicious ice cream cone. I ordered the largest ice cream cone available, with a waffle cone, & was expecting a wonderful experience because of what I have heard about Ben & Jerry's ice cream. What I received was a terrible disappointment. The cone was large enough, but the tiny amount of ice cream was shocking. I was charged $12.50 for a scoop of ice cream that sat in the bottom of the cone. I was so dissatisfied that I will never return. Buyer beware!

Bought 2'grande' cones at $12.50 each. The server gave 1 & 1/2 tiny scoops of ice cream it was terrible: I was shocked. I should have walked out without paying. Avoid this place like the plague.

Bad service. They select their own tip amount before handing you the machine to pay. However, they give good portions of ice cream.

Refused to serve or accommodate a nut allergy. Kids left in tears. Went next door to Mlle Catherine who were more than helpful & went out of their way to make sure our kids got their ice cream!

Its not the cheapest ice cream around in terms of price as you can see in my photos..but i like it personally & sometimes i come here after church.(?•???•?)

The staff? Its a mix bag. Sometimes you get super nice staff, sometimes maybe a little less. I just pay & go. I dont have to be best buddies with them. As long as they give me what i pay for, anything else is just cherry on top of the sundae. I suppose its not easy to stay in business when its not a 4 season type of business, & price of everything goes up.. margin must not be a lot...
