Très déçue, surtout en tant qu'habituée. Le gérant à la caisse n'est jamais souriant ni particulièrement accueillant.
La serveuse, pourtant adorable, a simplement suivi ma demande de mettre le surplus de mon milkshake à 15 $ dans un petit pot plutôt que de le jeter. Le gérant s'est énervé & a clairement dit qu'il préférait le jeter plutôt que de le donner. Quel gâchis alimentaire!

Je n'y retournerai plus. Je recommande plutôt celui de Sainte-Catherine !

Very very very bad service, they did not let a10 year old buy ice cream for over 15 min whit no line while other people went in front of him he was also not allowed to have two flavors in one scoop in a small even though the person in front of me was allowed also very expensive ice cream & it was not even that good

Definitely super packed on fireworks night, still the line keeps moving the options are awesome & the staff are friendly.
Let's just agree that the ice cream is absolutely the best!
I completely forgot to take a picture of my ice cream but I can guarantee, you will be satisfied with your portions

My boyfriend & I went there tonight & the service was horrible. The guy that served us icecream was rude to my bf , he'pretended' to grab icecream with his hand & made a hand gesture as if he was dropping it on the ground, all that because my bf hesitated between a cone or cup. We were shocked at his behaviour, extremely rude for no reason & trying to intimidate us. My bf ended up telling him to stop & he served us but that was super unexpected & ruined our mood.

Glacier classique de la marque. Musique assourdissante à l'intérieur, c'est insupportable.
Nous avons pris une glace après le dîner, certains parfums étaient en rupture. Dommage.
Sinon, parfums habituels. Sans surprise.
