Bad service. They select their own tip amount before handing you the machine to pay. However, they give good portions of ice cream.

Refused to serve or accommodate a nut allergy. Kids left in tears. Went next door to Mlle Catherine who were more than helpful & went out of their way to make sure our kids got their ice cream!

Its not the cheapest ice cream around in terms of price as you can see in my photos..but i like it personally & sometimes i come here after church.(?•???•?)

The staff? Its a mix bag. Sometimes you get super nice staff, sometimes maybe a little less. I just pay & go. I dont have to be best buddies with them. As long as they give me what i pay for, anything else is just cherry on top of the sundae. I suppose its not easy to stay in business when its not a 4 season type of business, & price of everything goes up.. margin must not be a lot...

Je suis très déçu du service le prix total 17,90$ & j'ai payer avec une carte prépayer déjà commencé & il rester sur la carte 7,95$ qui a était approuvé & il rester 9,95$ a payer sur ma carte débit. J'ai expliqué au monsieur il ne voulait rien comprendre & il m'a fait payer 17,90$ une deuxième fois au lieue de faire payer 9,95$ & il la jeter les facture que j'avais comme preuve. Je suis très déçu du service & j'apprécierais un remboursement du montant qui est de trops.
