Great food! Enjoy coming here all the time and the rye bread is to die for!!! Great service
Ben & Florentine is mostly a breakfast place for those who are not aware. We were a party of 8 but i will review only our dishes (my wife and i). We took the 3 Omelettes - goat cheese (includes spinach and mushrooms) was good and i had the three musketeers (sausages rolled in crêpes covered with cheddar, served with fresh fruit and home fries) - was good too. The service was average (i had asked for water and they just forgot us).
Overall an ok place for food/price.
This is my favourite breakfast place. The menu is varied, the prices are reasonable, the quality is superb and the service is wonderful. The staff want to please and this is clear from the management down. It seems like a pleasant place o work and the clientele can feel it. I dine there regularly with my family and I see the same people there repeatedly.
I've been to some bad restaurants. But this one takes the prize. There's suppose to be waitress in a restaurant. Apparently they don't have any. We waited 20 min even to get see by a waitress. Then when they finally did come it was like they didn't even wanna be there. Everyone in there looks robotic. No smiling. No hi. Just are you ready to order. When we finally got our food. The eggs were over cooked. The bacon was cold. Refill of coffees none existent. If you want to go out for breakfast. There's 100 good breakfast places on the west island. Don't waste your time or money there.
