Première visite chez Ben & Florentine & j'ai été satisfaite à 110%! Bel accueil, serveuse très sympathique (Bianca), repas servi rapidement avec exactitude. C'était très bon ! J'ai eu de la difficulté à choisir car tous les plats me semblaient très bons!

Excellent service chez Ben & Florentine! La nourriture était délicieuse & servie très rapidement. Un immense merci à notre serveuse, Jade, qui a offert un service exceptionnel. Elle était souriante, attentionnée, professionnelle & vraiment agréable. C'est surtout grâce à son excellent service que je reviendrai avec plaisir. Merci, Jade, d'avoir rendu notre expérience aussi agréable. Je recommande fortement cet endroit!

Je suis allé déjeuner chez Ben & Florentine ( Val-Des-brises à Laval) avec ma conjointe & ma fille. Accueil chaleureux, ambiance agréable & conviviale. Pour ma part, je précise que la nourriture commandée est vraiment délicieuse.

Cependant, j'ai été quelque peu déçu du sirop d'érable annoncé en supplément à 2.45$ . Je dois dire que certains mets préparés ne se mangent pas avec du sirop de table. Alors, j'ai demandé du sirop d'érable pour agrémenter mes crêpes caramélisées aux pommes. Par contre, j'ai eu droit à ce qui ressemblait davantage, selon mes papilles gustatives, à du sirop mais pas du sirop d'érable & j'ai été rapidement désenchanté.

J'ai interpellé la serveuse, lui ai mentionné que le sirop servi n'était pas celui de l'érable & je le lui ai fait retirer de la facture. J'ai été vraiment déçu & j'ai dû ramener mon plat chez moi pour le terminer comme il se doit.

Je suis conscient que le restaurant veut faire des économies, mais je m'attends à ce que l'on respecte ce que l'on vend, & non à tromper les gens. Je n'ai rien à redire sur le service ou l'accueil. Cependant, je dois avouer que ma déception quant à un produit qui n'était pas réellement celui qui était proposé sur le menu.

Très belle expérience ce matin au Ben & florentine. Nous avions un enfant de 3 ans & un bébé de 9 mois. On a eu plusieurs dégâts & on a continuer d'avoir un excellent service & des beaux sourires. On s'est même fait offrir des jus d'orange & des petits fruits. Nous avons trouvés ça très attentionné & le service a été très rapide 🤗 Je recommande !
