Blatant cash grab driving food waste. If you're a light eater go elsewhere on weekends.View more
Nice place to have breakfast & more. There are plenty of options. The food was tasty, & the service was great. We tried their version of poutine, crepes, & hot chocolate.View more
The service was good , the waitresses checked-in all the time, but the food was disappointing. I'm not sure if it's only their seasonal beef special options, but it was flavorless. My poached eggs were completely hard cooked. The sauce is tasteless, sad. The best of the plates were the potatoes & the fruit. Maybe try other options.View more
It's a very nice small brunch restaurant with something for everyone. It has great vegetarian options. The service is excellent at least the madam that was our server was above & beyond. So nice.View more
Great place for an easy breakfast. Menu is vast. We avoided the fried food & went with the healthy options. Oats were great with good serving of fruit & granola was also big. Good to the brown sugar & cream on the side for the oats & not in there already. We don't drink coffee at all - we were asked 3 times in the first 5 minutes by 3 different people if we wanted coffee. Might sound annoying to some, but it's good attention to the customer.View more
This is the best place for a delicious breakfast/brunch for a great price. There are so many wonderful options to choose from. & it's located close to the QE Fairmont we stayed at. The waitress for our first visit was Marie, this lady is amazing, so efficient, so friendly, does everything with a smile! The best I've ever seen!! This place is extremely busy & for good reason, we went around 11:30am & got seated within a couple of minutes but the waitresses are busy so it may take a bit to get your food/bill but well worth it. We went back the next day & Jen was really good as well. Definitely eat here!View more
Almost good for a noisy big chain restaurant, but there are potatoes & toast on every classic bfast order, no exceptions, & no substitutions. Any breakfast spot in Montréal will give you sliced tomatoes or veggies as options or at least have menu items that include us no-to-low sugar folks. I personally can't eat the toast or the potatoes with my long covid protocol. Too bad. Could be a good spot but the chain expects us all to have the same needs. The server was fine but sick of being asked for exceptions, apparently. If you are ok with that, it's not a bad place & decent enough food. I won't go back.View more

Ben & Florentine is an all around great choice for breakfast that I'd recommend. They have a large menu with a lot of variety. The hashbrowns are great! One thing I noticed, though, was a lack of vegan options on the menu. I didn't see anything suitable for vegans, but there are a lot of vegetarian choices. The service was really great. Professional & friendly. The atmosphere was nice & the dining area was really clean. The washrooms, though, are up a narrow staircase & are not as nice as the rest of the restaurant, but there is an accessible washroom on the main floor.View more
