If I could give more stars for the service I would. Gerry gave the best service I've ever had I'm definitely coming here for breakfast more often he was amazing!
The food was not what was expected, & the avocado was in bad condition, fortunately my husband did not eat it. Unfortunately the quality is not the same.
On a en majorité pris le combo Ça Croustille. J'y était avec des amis habitués de manger dans cette chaîne de restos. Ils m'ont dit que les portions étaient petites comparativement à celui de St-Jean. Nous étions à celui de Dollars des Ormeaux. Le serveur est horrible, il parlait & quelque chose a revolé dans mon assiette. Je ne suis pas dédaigneux & ça ne semblait pas avoir touché à ma nourriture. La nourriture n'était pas très chaude. Mais bon, le service a été long. J'essayerai un autre Ben & Florentine pour pouvoir comparer. Quand même 18 $, j'ai été impressionné par le pain doré, très bon. On m'a dit que c'était eux qui faisaient le caramel & le chocolat. Pour le caramel peut-être, mais pour le chocolat, il goûtait trop le nutella. Le jus de fruits à 7.50 c'est pas mal exagéré.
Ben & Florentine DDO a été super. Accueil chaleureux & & services #1. Même en ce 1er janvier, nous avons été accueilli à bras ouverts. Un merci spécial au propriétaire pour une attention personnalisée, vue notre provenance de l'extérieur de la ville. Je vous recommande ce restaurant.
The service remains attentive but the quality of food decreased markedly since the visits of recent years for montly family breakfasts. Hardly any cheddar in the apple/cheddar crepe & a "Healthy Duo" that tasted & felt watered down rather than the remembered familiar creamy, thick texture. Stick to the basics (eggs, toasts & potatoes) or go elsewhere.

Un bon spot de brunch au West Island, le prix est fort à battre & service impeccable. La bouffe était bonne pour son prix, le café était vraiment bon à volonté & aussi l'atmosphère autour vraiment propre & attentionné bref un très bon spot pour brunch
J'aime le restaurant. Facile d'accès grand stationnement, très bon déjeuner & dîner. Le service est courtois & très sympathique. J'y vais pour des rencontres d'affaires. Je recommande.
I really enjoyed my breakfast here. I ordered the spicy eggs Benedict with sausage & it was excellent. The rest of the food looked good as well. The service was a little slow but it was father's day & the place was packed. Prices are very fair also. Nice little place in marché de l'ouest, would highly recommend giving it a try.
