We tried this place today on our trip to Montreal. Unfortunately it was pretty bad. Honestly, Panda Express taste better & that's not saying much. The steamed dumplings were disgusting with a smathering of really sweet peanut sauce on top. Next was the Noodle dish we ordered, noodles were ok but the beef tasted gamey & was really tough. Then we ordered Chicken Fried rice, had a terrible after taste. Last, we ordered the General Tao Chicken, tasted way too fried & had too much breading, almost like a chicken nugget with sauce. We payed $72 Canadian including tip. Do not recommend this place, we did not even complain, we felt kind of bad since hardly anyone was in eating there. The good that came after this is since we barely ate any of the food, we were able to give it to a homeless man & made his day.View more

Don't let the 4 stars fool you, this place deserves 5 stars. Truly so authentic, one of the best comfort Chinese food places in Montreal. The cooks in the back have been perfecting the food for decades, the service is warm & super quick, & the huge menu variety doesn't deplete the high quality of every dish. Excellent food, paired with truly exceptional service.View more

Food so good!! I tried the fried calamar & the shrimp stuffed fried tofu in black bean sauce. Both were amazing! Friendly service in a family atmosphere. Can't wait to go back. Tres bien!View more

Our family loves Beijing Restaurant! We eat here almost every time we are in town. We are vegetarian & there are plenty of options for us. My absolute favourite is the hot & sour soup. The vegetarian spring rolls are also delicious (they are gigantic & different from what you would normally get, but SO good). It's a staple for us!View more

I come often here but today February 9th, the food tasted very oily & no sweet sauce on it . & the quantity for show mein & the eggplant tofu was not like usual & the person who cleans the table comes before I finish eating always stressing me out before I'm done eating. . Before I review it was 4/5 , I will give you 4 not impact your business but I need someone from the restaurant to adjust this than I will delete my commentView more

The food is incredible!! 5 stars!!! Nothing else is 5 stars: the ambiance, the service, the cleanliness. I learned about this Restaurant Beijing on a food tour- our guide said she & her family would visit here weekly for dinner! I can see why- the food is delicious! The menu is vast so everyone can find something. The gals at the front counter had a lovely, vibrant energy! The male servers could take a lesson from them. I understand it's always busy but a smile & a "Bonjour" would be the bare minimum. & there wasn't even that. The bathrooms were atrocious. Use the hand sanitizer at the front counter. You pay at the front… otherwise you're just sitting there.View more
