I stopped by Beden Caphe with some friends recently & it was the perfect little pick-me-up. The decor is super cute & playful… such a fun spot to catch up & share bites.
I went straight for the spicy pork bánh mì &… it was huge. Like, I could barely get my mouth around it. But it was definitely worth the effort… crispy toasted bread, juicy flavorful meat, crunchy fresh veggies, & a hit of heat from the fresh peppers. So satisfying.
Washed it down with their Vietnamese iced coffee, which was exactly how I like it… sweet, strong, & smooth. Balanced like a good day.
Delicious food, a sweet spot, & friends to share it with… that's my kind of perfect day.

Had the Vietnamese iced coffee with egg - just the right amount of sweetness & creaminess.
Also tried the banh mi nem, the bread was perfectly toasted & the flavours were well balanced.

Je suis allé au Vietnam dernièrement & ce restaurant de Montréal arrive à la même qualité que les cafés & banhmi du Vietnam. J'y retourne certainement pour goûter à tout le menu.
