The good. The bad. The ugly.
The good: We got to see Snoop spend the day with a good friend, & the crowd was incredible. People in the crowd were kind, patient, helpful, & flexible. They honestly made the experience.
The bad: The communication from beachclubmtl was disappointing. We were told to arrive early because parking was limited, yet the gates opened an hour late. We kept hearing Snoop would be on'soon,' while the same playlist repeated over & over (I think I heard 50 Cent seven times).
After waiting about five hours, Snoop finally took the stage around 5:30 p.m. & performed for roughly 25 minutes. Whether the delay was because Snoop was running late or for another reason, there was never an explanation or apology. Better communication would have gone a long way.
The ugly: It was 35°C. People were fainting, vomiting, & being pulled from the crowd because of the combination of extreme heat & alcohol. Leaving was another ordeal, with long waits in the parking lot & heavily intoxicated people all around.
I'm genuinely confused. With a business of this size & profile, I expected much better organization, communication, & professionalism.
It's a no from me. I won't be back.
Good place very clean only 2 problems the prices for drinks & food which is to be expected but the parking was horrible, to enter it was very easy but to exit to took us 1 hour & 12 minutes just to leave the parking lot
Cool experience. $100 is a bit much for what you get.
Speakers could be 2x louder/larger, they kind of suck, not gonna lie.
They could put gravel in the parking lot instead of having to walk through mud.
There are no pool lounge chairs/lounge spaces available unless you buy a cabana; so if you go to swim, you awkwardly have to figure out how to manage wet feet with the dirty sand/mud everywhere, & if you just use flip flops, you will be stepped on in the crowd, so good luck with that.
The parking lot for me is the one issue with the venue. They control how you park. It is tough for spacing.
Always enjoy the venue here! The website says parking is limited & that always makes me nervous but the parking lot is very large.
