Falafel is an often overlooked part of middle eastern cuisine so it's fresh to see a restaurant specializing in it. The sandwiches come at a fantastically reasonable price of only $5. It is more snack than meal sized but still very fair for the low price. The place is of modest size & shares the space with a ceramic cafe which was bit confusing at first. The owner & his worker were friendly, they score points on service for sure.

I recently ordered from Be Falefel in Montreal's Saint-Laurent neighborhood through Doordash, & it was an absolute standout for a quick, flavorful Middle Eastern meal at home. Opting for the Falafel Classic Sandwich (falafel balls stuffed with tahini, tomato, parsley, mint, & pickled cucumber & turnip in a warm pita) everything arrived piping hot, faster than expected on a busy Saturday evening.

The falafel was crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, & packed with authentic spices that didn't overwhelm but perfectly balanced the tangy tahini & crisp veggies.

If you're craving vegetarian-friendly, that feel restaurant-fresh without leaving your couch, Be Falefel delivers. Highly recommend-5/5 stars, & I'll be reordering soon!
